I am an animal fanatic, and it's not going to change... EVER. I work on a rescue farm with all types of animals, as well as on an rescue team specifically created for animal emergencies and disasters. I absolutely love every moment of it. No, it's not a million dollar job, but that's not why I do it. Not a day goes by that I am not around animals, so someone who at least cares about them, and understands that working with animals means I sometimes have a little fur and dirt around is vital. If you don't get along with animals, we won't get along.

Aside from all of that, I'm a very laid back and caring person who likes to have fun and appreciates the little things. I hate being stuck indoors, and whether it's a horseback ride, hike, random road trip, or just being outside I'm up for any kind of adventure. I love just about any kind of music except crappy rap or music you can't understand the words because it makes your ears bleed. What's the point? I like going out for a few drinks, dinner, a movie, whatever, but am also just has happy being inside with the right person.

Lastly, I'm a very loyal person to my family and friends. It may be a small group, but they mean everything to me and have gotten me through a very rough road with a medical issue I had with cancer a few years ago. I would do anything for them, and someone who shares those values is also very important to me. Other than that, I can't really think of much, so please feel free to ask!

Enjoying it, living it up, following my dreams... it is what it is. When you face certain challenges you realize how important the small stuff is. Do what you love, you might not always get the chance.

I'm a great listener, and will never not be there for someone... people know they can reach me 24/7, even if they just need to vent.

I honestly don't know... but I have the tendency to wear work boots anywhere, all year around, and am far more comfortable in jeans than getting dressed up fancy. And I probably talk about animals too much.

My tastes vary a lot, it depends on my mood. Generally though, I listen to a lot of country music – yes, I have heard all the reactions from people. If its upbeat you can hear me playing anything from Disney and movie songs to rock.

As for movies, I’m really up for anything from animated movies to documentaries. Dare I say, good and fun animations are always a favorite.

TV is pretty random too, and I don’t tend to catch anything when it’s actually on. DVR was the best thing ever!

Food: I'm up for anything, so long as it doesn't look like what it once was!

Why are animals better people than people are? How amazing it is that neglected or abused animals are still willing to love people. How nonjudgemental animals are. Yes, I think a lot about animals.

I don't honestly think I have ever had a "typical" Friday night... let alone any other day of the week... so I couldn't even begin to explain!

I take my niece and nephew to see kids movies that I secretly want to see so I have an excuse to go see them... not really private, but hey, it'll have to do until you get to know me!
