My self-summary
I'm a dude who likes to play video games and watch anime. So there's really nothing to be proud of. I'm looking for someone who hates everything I hate, except for me.

If you couldn't already tell I have sarcastic and sardonic sense of humor and I like to laugh, so thick skin is needed to enjoy me.

Oh and sense you can't really put what you smoke, I smoke a pipe and cigars. I do not smoke cigarettes.

I feel it's easier to learn about someone while talking with them, so I've never been a fan of self-summaries. Just shoot me a message or continue shopping around. You won't hurt me either way.

I went to Rochester Institute of Technology majoring in Computer Engineering but I went on a leave of absence after my first quarter after having a rough experience. (Great Campus, but I got all the bad teachers.)
I went back home and worked for around 3 months deciding what to do next when RIT decided to put me on Academic probation, something I was told they wouldn't do since I was on leave, and I decided to join the Navy, a long time aspiration of mine.

I entered as an E-3 as a nuke with an asvab score of 95. I went through 5 weeks of training up at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, IL. On the first day of my sixth week of training, Day 5-1, I was informed that I was to be medically separated due to my medical history (and due to an inactive condition no less). I was put in the separations department and had to stay at RTC for 2.5 more weeks until I was finally sent home, 4 days before my old graduation date. While my experience was less than optimal, I must say I enjoyed bootcamp and do not regret my decision to go. Because bootcamp is considered active duty, I am now legally a Veteran of the United States Military. While it would be easy for me to go and lie and say I had around 2 years of service, it wouldn't feel right to me as I don't want to devalue the service of other members, and I don't want potential partners who are looking to take advantage of my benefits (of which I really have none of).

Now that I am back home, I'm returning to school and work. I have a part time job at Staples and am attending AACC. I'm either going to continue computer engineering or go into game design and development, haven't finalized a decision yet. Either way I'm going to continue my study of the Japanese language, of which I have a basic understanding.

What I’m doing with my life
I went to college, dropped out of college, joined the Navy, got separated from the Navy, and now I'm going back to college. Life's funny like that.
I’m really good at
Video Games
Being an ass
Being a doofus
Being funny and making people laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
It used to be my long curly red hair...
...but now it's my short red hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Asian food. I love curry, Chinese and Japanese.

If you're interested in my taste in games check out my steam profile above and if you're interested in my tastes in anime you can find that here:
The six things I could never do without
Well at bootcamp I did without a lot so probably just my basic needs.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Game ideas, politics, philosophy, my future, traveling, music.

I'm a big day dreamer.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either out with my friends or staying up late playing games with them.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I got separated from the Navy because I had Chronic Sinusitis (ear, nose, and throat issues) in middle school. It's no longer active but Nukes are held to the same health standards as Navy Seals so not much I could do. Shit happens.
