Books: I enjoy non-fiction as much as fiction. Generally my
non-fiction goes along these lines: The Quest (Daniel Yergin), No
Impact Man, End of Nature, Silent Spring, Crimes Against Nature.
Fictionally, I'm big on science fiction and fantasy, particularly:
Half Made World, The Chronicles of the Black Company, Kurt
Vonnegut, Ready Player One, The Name of the Wind, Leviathan Awakes,
Lord of the Rings, Old Man's War trilogy, Dune, A Song Of Ice and
Fire, amongst others. Currently working my way through the Malazan
Shows: Doctor Who (thank the universe for Netflix), Battlestar
Galactica, The Venture Bros, Adventure Time, Trailer Park Boys. Was
a huge fan of Scooby Doo as a kid. The anime I'm currently going
through is One-Piece, because who doesn't want pirates with super
Movies: Movies are my thing. I'm big on movies that explore
humanity, scare me, or can just entertain me.I love good scifi,
horror whether it's good or bad (though I'd have to say Pontypool
is the most satisfying horror movie in a while), Action, Comedy. I
love anything that parodies itself. I'd have to say that my
favorite movie of all time though, just might be Princess Mononoke.
I've also watched the LOTR extended edition twice all the way
through and by that I mean marathoned it. Documentaries are pretty
Show me something, and I'll be hard pressed not to enjoy it,
although there are exceptions. If only I could be Bruce
Music: I really enjoy music. I will listen to almost anything.
Though the radio is slowly slowly killing a lot of music for me.
But thank god for 103.3 WPRB, The Alt Side and Spotify. They help
out with the whole finding new music sort of deal. Though I must
say I do love P!nk and have a weird love of girly pop songs,
definitely know all the lyrics to Everytime We Touch.
Food: I mean, what can I say. I love it, and have been getting into
more vegetarian stuff lately.
