My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like novels and I like records. I don't like to stay in the same place for a very long time. I like train rides, especially at night. I like to be alone in crowd. I like to focus on certain moments so intensely that I never forget them, that way I don't need a camera. I want to change the world, but am getting increasingly doubtful about my chances of doing so. I like to dance, though I feel silly. I love the ocean and the mountains, but not quite as much as the desert. I think it's terribly uncivilized to go too long without a good cocktail. I enjoy parties. Especially the kind where it's hot and loud and crowded and sweaty and the place is filthy and everybody forgets where the hell they are.

I have four moms. For real. I'll explain if you ask.

Oh, and I annexed a country once.

I am mischievous, pensive, and funky
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I grew up in Portland, Oregon, went to school in Amherst, Massachusetts, moved to Washington, DC for work, came to Bombay for two years to get my MA, went to Holland for a few months to work, and then I went back to Bombay to try and figure out what the hell I was doing with my life. Seven months later, I found myself working for a bit in San Francisco trying to make the planet a little less hot. And then I moved to Delhi, aimlessly wishing for vada pav and getting lost on misty nights in Deer Park.

I'm considering quitting my job to do something less responsible and more fun.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Telling people what they want to hear, or exactly what they don't want to hear, depending on the situation.

Getting lost in the right way.

Not working hard enough.

Not sleeping enough.

Making gold records.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. A hoverboard. Seriously, it's changed my life.
2. Two turntables and a microphone. I think Beck said all there is to say about this one.
3. My red jumpsuit. For real.
5. Dancing with the devil in the pale moonlight. He likes to tango.
6. The infinite patience necessary to get through these never ending questions.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend a lot of time thinking about where all the time went.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Back late.

To answer your question, I was doing a dance routine where I was karate chopping through sheets of ice, like in Karate Kid 2, and Easy Money saw my show, and the rest is history.

What was your question again?

[Seriously though, if you don't have a profile filled out or a photo up, you'd better have a lot to say and a photo to share, or else I don't know who I'm talking to. Also, if you just want to talk endlessly online, let's not. I'm only interested in people who want to meet in the real world.]
