I've whipped up thanksgiving dinner in a West African village, using only a toaster oven... AND can expertly order room service... and speaking of food, I will probably be willing to split a bacon wrapped hot dog at the end of a night out, just FYI.
I'm equally down with underground hip hop AND jazz at Birdland Social Club.
I yearn to wear eyeglasses for stylistic reasons, but sadly have 20/20 vision.
Potential deal breakers about me:
I usually have some cat hair on my pants, I am not an expert bike rider and I tend to leave a trail of bobby pins.
Other things about me:
I've loved music festivals before music festivals were competing with other music festivals. And don't worry, at said festivals you'll see me wearing a vintage Adidas jacket rather than a culturally appropriated head dress.
I taught myself to sew pants at 9 years old. Now I'm designing lingerie...ooh lala.
I recently saw a meme that said: "Why pay $16 for an item when you can pay $96 in craft supplies and make it yourself?" This very much resonated with me.
I love California, however, living and working in other cultures also satisfies my soul, so I do a lot of traveling....sometimes just short trips, other times I'll take root for awhile. I hope to find a partner that wants the same balance- between life in the US and abroad.
