My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm driven and assertive but easy to be around.

I live according to my own rules. This has served me and those who are important to me well.

Other than sports not much catches my attention on TV but I love many different kinds of movies and music. I'm also into art and have been getting back into literature. I'm a huge fan of sports both watching, and on occasion playing.

Gym visits are a regular part of my routine but so are restaurants. Life balance!

Going for it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
making things happen and maintaining calm under pressure.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
it really doesn't occur to me to notice what others notice about me. That's not how my mind works. Tell me.

The problem with this is it varies and I don't intend to update this daily...Anyway:

books: lately anything dystopian, satires focused on societal powers, speculative or historical fiction, alternate takes on historical "facts"

movies: any iteration of Batman, most 007 films, Vertigo, Coming to America, 300 indie films I can't remember the names of even though I could probably re-shoot them...except I don't know the first thing about directing

shows: will plead the 5th at this time...

music - all over the place: Jay Z (all time fave), Motown, Beatles, Wu Tang, OutKast, JBs, old west coast g-rap, Bob Marley, Eminem in smaller doses, Stones, Miles Davis, big band era stuff, some EDM, early Punk, early New Wave, EWF, Frank Ocean, whoever is on the sat. radio "Garage Rock" channel, Kanye, Bey, etc.

Looking at this non-exhaustive list, I would say I'm into artists that strike a nice balance between edgy/innovative/technical and catchy/accessible/relatable. Hmmm, that balance describes me well so it make sense.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
most of things I'm interested in basically. I'm pretty "on or off" in that way.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
usually catching a movie. Either a new release or a "classic" I haven't seen. Then eating out somewhere while I catch a game. In the new year more museum trips are making the list. If anyone knows where the good live music is I want in for sure.
