I love stories and enjoy learning about other people.
Jokes, puns and sarcasm are great fun. So I can be a little bit goofy at times, but I'm serious when needed and overall a very responsible person.
I like adventures (such as road trips, hiking or camping), but I enjoy my movie collection all the same.
In my free time I sometimes like to do creative things like drawing and writing.
I love pretty much all kinds of music (every band made at least one good song, right? ;)), but I'm mostly partial to pop, some country (Dixie Chicks) and the occasional classical/instrumental stuff.

remembering useless facts. I also think my cooking is pretty decent. I can make my mother's homemade potato salad/waffles, pizza from scratch and whatever else I feel like.

My German accent ..and that I get excited about things. Whether it's my new favorite past-time, a movie, a concept I just learned or just the view where I'm standing-I tend to get into things. I'm a pretty passionate person.

My favorite book genres are satire (!), useful non-fiction, science-fiction/fantasy and mystery.
My taste in movies varies greatly. I'll watch anything that makes me think, entertains, has a good story/acting, etc.
I enjoy a lot of different shows. I like comedies (such as the “The Big bang theory”, “Seinfeld” ,“King of Queens” and “Mr. Deity”), crime/drama/investigative TV (such as “Monk”, “Columbo”, “Dexter”,“Castle”, “House” and “Psych”) and sci-fi (such as "Battlestar Galactica"," Stargate", "Star Trek"). I collect DVDs since there is hardly ever anything on cable I want to watch.
Food: anything with meat and potatoes sounds great! Or fish and pasta...
