In the past 20 minutes I have had twenty profile views. Ohp. Make that twenty-one. Out of all of those views, I get messages like "hey, what do you do for a living" or "where do you go to school" blah blah blah. These subjects do not interest me. But, lets just get them out of the way. I do not attend school. Perhaps one day I will. I haven't really figured all of that out just yet. As for now, I make a living being a nursery school teacher, teaching one and two year olds their colors, numbers, and letters. We also paint and do crafty art projects. Kid art is just amazing and I love it. One day when I have my own house I will have the art work I've collected from kids framed all around my home. I love my job. Okay, so now you don't have to ask me those silly little questions. Instead, talk to me about music, art, some crazy meal you tried that one time when you went to _____. My travel experience is minimal. Working at a nursery doesn't really offer much bank. So let me live through you! Tell me all about the places you have been and the people you met there. One day I will break free from this town and I will need ideas on places I should go!

I love random useless facts. Tell me what you know! Suggest to me a book or movie. (no horror, please. I will have nightmares =| ). Oh and music, I love finding new music to listen to. A few years back, a friend suggested The Avett Brothers to me. They are now my favorite band. Had a friend not told me about them, who knows if I ever would have found them. Thus, my heart would feel empty!

Basically, I joined this site for friends. I enjoy conversing with XY chromosomes that can keep up with a good conversation. I also like it if we have similar music, movies, or "things i like to do" interests. Someone messaged me once and asked me what was wrong with love.. I assume he was asking because I have on my profile that I am not looking for love. The answer is, there is nothing wrong with love, but I'm not looking for it and to be frank, I don't want it.  Okcupid is like myspace for folks who aren't afraid to say they are lonely.

Anyways, I can be kind of a prude. Not meaning to.. But, okay, like, I got a message and the conversation was okay.. But then he asks me what I like to do.. That is a dumb question. Maybe it is just me, but I really don't like it. Ask me if I like to paint or if i enjoy going to the park, etc. One think I really dislike is profile pictures with a fella wearing no shirt. It's gross. Even if you have a nice body, I will ignore the hell out of you. So, unless you are standing next to some body of water, you need to have your shirt on!

I'm really curious as to how they come up with the match percentage on here. I hope it is not solely based on those silly questions you answer. On most of them, I answer irrelevant to what the other party thinks or feels. The friend percentage actually matters more to me than the match one anyways. Although, I'm not sure how they come up with it. Haha.

This is really a bunch of randomness because I felt like writing a journal. I really like stories. Write one for me and we will be friends forever!
