My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Grew up in Atlanta, studied Chemistry, worked in politics, traveled for a bit in South America, moved to Tucson, AZ, started cooking, moved to Brooklyn.

I love getting outdoors as much as I can. Running, hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, kayaking, etc. I especially love exploring the city on my bike. I'm also fond of documentaries, movies, going to concerts, playing RISK (yep) and other board games, classic cocktails, cigars (no, really, a lot), etc.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm recently completed my Master of Urban Planning, particularly interested transportation planning and public participation (and tons of other geeky stuff).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, listening, over-analyzing, singing, being affectionate, turning almost any conversation into one about politics/policy, having an impressive knowledge of mostly useless information.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Other than my beard and trademark hat, I'm not really sure.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have an appetite for adventure, in myriad ways.

You're an independent, strong-willed type.

You're going to be ok with my ranting about various topics, but particularly my less than generous views on faith and religion. You don't need to agree with me, but yeah, I'll definitely share my criticism.

You must be affectionate, and receptive to affection. This is simply the way I relate to people.

You read something that piques your attention, and want to grab a drink or a bite.

Don't hesitate to reach out!
