My Self-Summary
Huh, that's me... never thought I'd visit a dating site *gg*, but
why not? I am a creative person and I've had my share
of people who want to be around someone who has a personality. I'm
more than done with that. I'd like someone with an own personality,
own opinions and a life of his own. Might be more difficult, yes.
But might be more rewarding. Sometimes I wish I could be dumb
gorgeous blonde - would solve many of my problems, but I think I'd
rather stick with being intelligent and of slightly more than
avarage weight.
What I’m doing with my life
I enjoy it. Deeply... and I question it - occasionally. It is not
that I am unsure of what I'm doing, I just like to - once and again
- consider if my habits are still my hobbies. I love to write
(fantasy, poems,
short stories, songs), sing, paint, spend a day chasing goblins on
the computer, read (mostly english fantasy literature) or just curl
up on my sofa with a good movie and a mug of tea.
I’m really good at
Making plants grow
and annoying people - the last because I have this trait of honesty
that sometimes really spoils my day *s*. I am good at making people
laugh and I'm good at being a friend. I am not good at being angry
with someone for longer than a day.
The first things people usually notice about me
Cynism, (wry or good) humor, and they mostly either like me on
first sight or most definitely not. And they suppose to notice that
I am not a nice person, but after a while might discover that they
were wrong.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(a) (Almost) everything by Mercedes Lackey, Simon Green, Holly
Lisle, Terry Pratchett, Shakespeare (b) Ones that make me laugh/
cry. No thrillers or such stuff... Rather The Princess Bride,
Goonies, X-Men, Hair (gosh, I'm old...) and some "girl-movies" like
Last Unicorn or ones with Doris Day (*blush*), trashy movies like
Daredevil, the old Star Wars ones... (c) Filk. Questions? (d)
Chinese. Definitely. And deserts... Chocolate. Pizza. Noodles.

Thought, respect (for me an others), true friends, belief, goals
and ... er, space for all the stuff I theoretically COULD do
without...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
God, magic, the universe and the question why people always look
for the meaning of life. I love my life, and I give it the meaning
I choose.
On a typical Friday night I am
