My self-summary Propose an edit

Ok - I tried the profile that simply stated who I am and what I am looking for and apparently that didn't work - so it's time for a different approach. I am a kind person, with a good heart, which sometimes leads to me being taken advantage of. I have a good sense of humor, sarcastic at times, but all in good fun. I love music and movies - practically have a Blockbuster in my room. I am down-to-earth, like to have fun, and I am low maintenance. But I do know how to dress it up when necessary.

I pretty much know what I want and not willing to completely change who I am for anyone. That may sound harsh, but I am who I am. You either like me or you don't.

I am searching for someone who is kind, caring, considerate, and is not afraid to share his emotions. I want someone who is a communicator and doesn't go "mute" when it's time to discuss a serious issue. I want someone who is comfortable going out, but just as comfortable curling up on the couch with a good movie and some take-out. I want someone with a sense of humor - a real one, not a forced one! I love to laugh; it is the passion of life! I don't want a carbon-copy of me. I want someone who is going to show me new things. The unknown intrigues me!

And, and let me throw it out there, I can have a mouth like a truck driver. I am not sure why as there are no truck drivers in my family, but I picked it up from somewhere.

I love James Patterson novels and autobiographies. I like all movies - comedy being my favorite. One of my top movies is the Wedding Singer. I love all music. I can even tolerate some country as long as is not about "my dog running off with my wife in my pick-up." I love Italian and Japanese food, but will try anything once.
