My self-summary Propose an edit

Hi all, new to the site. I'm just a regular guy looking to meet a regular (but super cool) gal. I've lived in Seattle all my life, really dig it. Kinda shy when meeting new people but usually warm up pretty quick. Now that I think about it, I should mention that I can be kinda geeky (computers and such, imagine that) but I still can usually get coaxed out into the real world if the right people are involved.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

Currently working for a small business that's been around a LONG time. I really enjoy it, it's like a second family for me. I do a bit of property management on the side as well. I've been mucking around in the martial arts for most of my life though I'll be starting a brief hiatus shortly while I figure out what I want to do next.

I'm really good at Propose an edit

I am pretty decent at playing pool, I love to grab some beers and shoot some with friends as often as possible. There are other things I'm good at but not really worth mentioning here, pool is just one of those things that would be important to me that anyone I dated at least enjoyed on occasion.

Hmmm, my smile has been commented on the most. I have more scars on my head than most people have on their entire body so I guess "rugged" looks would be something that might stand out too.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

I read a lot of fiction, usually scifi or fantasy. Lately I've been reading some comedies and period fiction novels taking place in Japan.

Most all movies are fine with me. I really enjoy non mainstream flicks the most though.

Music is pretty much the same for me as movies. Good music is good music, IMO. I can definitely think of artists I might not like that much but not a specific genre.

Food... Anything with cheese is good. Mexican is probably my favorite but it can be kinda heavy so I don't eat it as much as I'd like. I'm not a picky eater by any means, though I prefer lighter meals in the evenings. Brunch is pretty awesome.

There are probably a few other things but nothing that really stands out to much right now (we'll say they would rotate in).

Lately, not too much. Been in quite the chill mode for the past few months, one of the reasons I decide to sign up. Going out for drinks with friends is always good (did I mention I like to play pool?). But the occasional show or movie is cool too.
