My self-summary
When one story ends another begins...

You should message me if:

You want someone who will drive out of their way to bring you and your best friend wine in another town.
You forget your American spirits on a curb outside a gas station and want someone who will run and I do mean run 5 blocks to get them for you.
Who will explore ghost towns and old creepy barns with you.
Who plans a romantic Valentines when you haven't been dating long.

clarke is a freelance web designer with satisfied clients worldwide. clarke has been designing websites professionally for over ten years, and is very keen on personal service. I would describe clarke as a spiritual fast learning geek with a passion for web design.

That is enough of talking about myself in the third person.

At first I intended to be an computer engineer and went to university fully motivated to become just that. One thing led to another and 2 years went by and I was a (almost) fully fledged freelance web designer without ever planning to become one.

This fortunate turn of events has lead me to design websites for a wide range of people. To work with people from all over the world is very rewarding. Iceland, Germany, India and England are some of the countries I have worked with. Well not the country itself, but people living there.

I have sucessfully been a freelance web designer now for a while and it has given me even more love for this work. I have worked with tattoo artist, hostels, beer brewers, online game companies, businiess women & men, friends & family.

I have coded websites with great respect to standards, because it makes life easier for everybody. My site even used to validate, honestly!
What I’m doing with my life
Stumbling along.
I’m really good at
Dark humor, keeping a straight face, sarcasm, not staying calm, web design and graphic design.
The first things people usually notice about me
My Beard, hopefully my clothes, and also that I walk slower than the average person does.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The Rum Diary, The Road, Atlas Shrugged (not that I agree with it, but in a 1000 page book there had to be at least a few good parts), The Omnivore's Dilemma, The History of Love

Arrested Development, Peep Show, The Office, New Girl and The Mindy Project. I also watched a season of Top Chef once and really loved it, but I just can't get back into it.

The Social Network, Up In the Air, Black Swan, All the President's Men, Spring Breakers (Gucci Mane is in it), Cowboys and Aliens, Angels and Demons, Donnie Darko. I put a lot of stock into the general consensus of critic reviews, but every once in a while I make an exception. I tend to like dramas and sci-fi and I don't like horror movies - even Black Swan was almost too scary for me.

Almost anything from the southwest - tamales, enchiladas, tacos etc. but only mild chile (and it has to be chile, never chili). also milkshakes, coffee, breakfast, pot pies, beef stew (because I know how to make it), Indian food every once in a while, fried fish, lightly salted food in general. I can't stand sushi, though.
The six things I could never do without
1. Being able to drive. If gas weren't so expensive driving would be a hobby of mine
2. My glasses. It sure is great being able to see.
3. My clothes. Only the stuff that fits, though.
4. Cold, stormy weather. That's the best weather.
5. Just being in the same room as another person. Not every single second of my life - I can handle being by myself - but it's nice to have someone around fairly regularly.
6. Mexican food
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The cosmos..I think about space a lot these days..I can't help but wonder what it would be like to leave everyone behind and just explore everything...Would I miss anyone?
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching Hulu, sometimes drinking!
You should message me if
You shouldn't. It would be a huge mistake.
