My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Please don’t ask me what I am by night. "Student by day" does not imply that I am something raunchy by night. Yes I get the joke. I am the one who set up the punch line; however I am bored to death of having the same conversation. All I ask is for a little originality gentlemen. *curtsy*

The initials BSN, PHN, RN follow my name.

I drove an old Benz for 7 years that ran on recycled veggie oil/Bio-diesel. I did this in protest of the war and in protest of oil companies. No conversion necessary. You just need a diesel engine (81-85 Benz’s work the best or so I have been told) fill it with bio-diesel, and you are good to go! I just bought a new fiat convertible that I must admit I am in love with and my job requires that I have a very reliable car.

I was once listed as one of the top 1/2 of 1% of all students in the nation. I will be proud of that achievement forever especially since I am dyslexic and used to doubt my academic abilities.

I am a humanitarian and would like to go to disaster sites and lend my compassion, skills and time to people in need.

You may get the idea from my photos that I am a party girl, and while I do enjoy a party every now and then, I am generally pretty mellow. It's just that people don't tend to take photos of me while I am out to dinner with friends our spending time at home. On that note I am a tad bit of a home body. I am really busy and work a lot so I savor those moments that I get to be at home, cook a meal, and relax. It would be nice to have someone to snuggle up to in those moments. Which I suppose is why I am here.

My friends always come to me when they need advice and/or a kind compassionate understanding ear. I enjoy having deep trusting relationships with the people I choose to welcome into my life, and I foster those relationships.

My grandparents were together for 68 years. We should all be so lucky. This video reminds me of them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNfvuJr9164&feature=player_embedded
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a School Nurse for pregnant teens and teen mothers in SF. I absolutely love my job and feel really lucky to have found a place that will allow me to leave a positive legacy in the world.
The first things people usually notice about me

My eyes? Or that I smell good.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In general I am pretty adaptable. I have lived without many "things" and currently live with a moderate amount of "things." I like having "things" but if it came down to it I would still go on without said "things."

Some things I could live without are outlined in this little piece. If you ever wondered what it was like for women on this site here you go: http://www.buzzfeed.com/rachelzarrell/an-artist-found-an-amazing-way-to-get-back-at-creepy-men-on?bffb
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future and what I will do with my life. Places I would like to visit (or possibly live) outside of the USA. Politics. My friends. Business ideas and every detail about them. Funding programs that I want to establish. Research projects that I want to be a part of (i.e. stem cell research, alternative natural medicinal cures for diseases, telomeres). The children I was a nanny to for years, how wonderful they are, and how proud I am to have had a hand in raising such great little humans. Snorkeling. Did I say traveling? Yes, well I'll say it again. And men of course.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I think shopping for a significant other on this here internet is fucking strange, but am still intrigued. And hopeful? Go figure.

...you are not a sleaze.

You are charming.

You can take a joke.

You have a great smile.

You live in the Bay Area.

You care about the planet.

You think liars are cowardly.

You are creative and/or handy.

You follow through when you make plans.

You are single and not hung up on your ex.

You have lived a full life and want to continue to do so.

You like to laugh and have a knack for making others laugh.

You like kids and animals (not that I have kids I just don't get people that don't like them).

You are at least 5'10". I am simply not attracted to vertically challenged men, I never have been. No offense meant, we all have our preferences.

You don't have one of those photos of just your torso. I mean is your face really that unappealing that you need to post beheaded photos?
