I swim in the deep end of the pool, but you'll find I don't have a
lot of layers. You'll find me easy to understand and relate with.
I'm straightforward. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I

to create adventure, but drama is for the movies.

is a reflexive response to seeing something unexpected in everyday
situations. I find joy in the unexpected, and it comes out as

teachers, writers, and artists have influenced me: Eckhart Tolle,
Pema Chödrön, the Dalai Lama, Ton Koopman. These have brought me
valuable knowledge captured eloquently in words and music. But no
one brings these lessons out of my head and into my being like the
special women who have blessed my life through relationship.
I'm a chronic self-learner of useful skills but also of learning
itself. If I want something, I figure out how to make it happen.

I get a kick out of my career in engineering, but it is in music
that I have found my life's purpose and my most intense passion. I
also love hiking a pristine native forest and leaning my bicycle
into the curvy hills of the Olinda roads that I call home. But
music trumps them all. I am drawn to all activities that connect
beauty to the flow or motion of natural energy. Music is a language
of motion. Is it any wonder that music moves us so easily, so
