Hi! I am an intelligent, honest, loving, compassionate, and affectionate woman. I like to go out and have fun with friends and I also enjoy a quiet evening home.

I am a little on the shy side, but once I start to get to
know someone that goes away. I enjoy doing a variety of activities. I love listening to live music and going out dancing. I recently took some East Coast Swing dance lessons and had fun learning some beginning swing. Now I just need to make it a point to practice those steps! I like watching various genres of movies (drama, romantic comedy, thriller, action, science fiction, etc) with the exception of horror flicks. I enjoy spending time outdoors and going for walks. I enjoy spending the evening out on the town but also enjoy spending evenings just relaxing at home.

I have 3 daughters in their 20's and grandchildren. I enjoy
spending time with my family who all live in the general area.

Kids are grown and I've been single again for several years now. That makes it time to make new friends, have new experiences, and just enjoy life. I'd like to find that special someone to share the rest of my life with.

I'm good at finding something positive in most situations. I'm good at giving back massages.

That I smile easily, look younger than my age, and am a little shy at first.

I don't read as much as I used to but I like to read crime and mystery stories. Since I have a long commute to work I also listen to books on CD sometimes.

I like most types of movies, except horror. I like "The Sixth Sense", "300", "Sweet Home Alabama", "Up", "Rise of Planet of the Apes", The Bourne movies, etc. On TV I like The Following, The Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds, Hawaii 5-0, NCIS and shows like that. I enjoy going to comedy shows and live theater.

For music I like rock, the pop country like Kenny Chesney, top 40. I also like the music from the 70's and 80's. I love TSO and the stories their CDs and concerts tell.

For food I like American, Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. My favorite is a medium rare ribeye steak. Second favorite would be a juicy red grapefruit, without sugar. What is the point of eating grapefruit if you are going to put sugar on it? : )

There really isn't a typical Friday night.
I'm either out to supper with a group of friends, hanging out at a friend's house, out dancing to a live band somewhere, or relaxing at home watching a movie.

I couldn't carry a tune to save my life. Therefore, most of my singing is done when I am alone in the car on my commutes to and from work.
