I am a very creative person, I am introverted but that doesn't mean I'm a shut in. I am deeply passionate and curious.
I enjoy playing devils advocate, sharing terrible jokes and laughing - a lot. I've been a partner dancer for the better part of 17 years now, mainly Lindy Hop and Blues. I occasionally smoke hooka with friends. I enjoy beer, gin, whiskey and rum. Though I try not to indulge in more than two of the above on any given night, or week for that matter.
I love geocaching, sailing (competitive), rock climbing, riding and repairing motorcycles, camping and other forms of outdoor activities.
I'm into steampunk, vintage clothes and I enjoy making my own costumes. I really enjoy creating something with my hands, I love learning a craft and my preferred profession is Barista. I'd really like to be able to sling espresso again.
I'm also a geek, boardgames and table top Role Playing Games are my forte. I am an artist, trained in drawing and woodworking. I love reading and dreaming as well.
I am putting this up front -ish. I am interested in dating right now. I am also interested in making new friends so don't let that stop you from contacting me. In the future, long term stuff, it is my desire to meet someone that I can enter into a long term relationship with. That's a ways down the road at this time though. I am happy just getting to know people and going out on dates and seeing where things lead. For poly people, if you are interested in finding a primary then I am not the one for you.
I read recently that people need to focus more on what they can offer others than what they require from others and that really struck a chord with me so here goes:
I am passionate, loyal and very caring.
I am respectful, patient and understanding.
I will make you laugh.
I am open to try new things and listen to new ideas.
I know how to budget and work within one.
I am more likely to give you an experience than a material gift.
I can cook, vegan and non vegan. i can also clean.
I can sharpen your knives.
i will dress up with you and go out on the town.
I must admit, my kitchen is cleaner than my bedroom.
I know how to tie knots.
