My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
An ex-pat just over 8 years. Love London and everything it has to offer.

I work at a charity, though I have an engineering degree. Life doesn't always go where you thought it would. This is a good thing though.

I'm into gaming, reading, art, theatre, a good clean argument, have a nice drink, and something I haven't done before. I like getting outside and escaping the city, and I like to travel.

I like a good night out or a good night in with stimulating company. An evening of philosophising or on the dance floor are both good.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
All over London for work in the week. I help out at a comedy club on the weekends, and enjoy that scene.

I like art and music. I like modern art as much as more traditional forms. I'm looking to go to more exhibits. Having someone to go with is even better.

I really enjoy stories and learning about how cultures have evolved. History, politics, and how we became what and who are is very interesting to me. I do quite a lot of reading of current events as well as fiction.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Logic/analysis. I did my degree in Materials Science and Engineering. I like solving hard problems.

Making friends. I like to meet new people and understand the world through their eyes.

I've become quite an accomplished cook. I really like soups and curries. I make mean oatmeal raisin chocolate cookies!

Adding string to my bow. I've started doing some writing when I'm struck with the bug.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told I have a really nice smile. I think people probably notice that first. Or because I'm talking to you.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

This easier to talk about in person.. I like to dip my toes into anything that looks interesting. I'm pretty open minded and willing to try new things. If someone I know loves something I'll check it out.

In general I like sci-fi, fantasy, a wide variety of music, and I'm pretty easy with food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A nice place to sleep
A journal and nice pen
Laughing at the absurdity of the world
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to best manage my time.
Insert this week's existential crisis :)
How I should sleep more, but won't.
The great unknowns of the next bits of life.
The next meal.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Comedy club and a drink after. Often these days having a quiet one because the week's been long and I want to have energy for the weekend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I wrote some fanfiction last year. People liked it. Otherwise.. I'm pretty shameless so ask away.

Not really private but I thought was fun:

I think I'm an E2.

I'm looking for something deep. I am open to how a relationship is structured, but there needs to be zing. If think we might have zing then drop me a line :)

I'd especially like to meet another bi person, but that's not a necessity.

I hate putting something negative here, but I just need it out there so we don't waste each others' time. If you have an issue with gay rights, gay marriage, gay guys, gay girls or some other gay hang up (including trans people) I am not going to pursue anything with you. If you have an issues with feminists.. well move along, nothing to see here.
