My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
There was a point in time when I thought making the most money possible was the goal in life. I used to work 90 hour weeks, answer calls constantly from work, and pretty much gave up my social life to get the edge on a promotion. You know what I realized? It's not worth it. Why waste the best years of your life to make a buck when you could be enjoying the limited time you have. I'm still a hard worker, but now truly make it an effort to spend time with the people close to me, and it made life 1000x better.

During my time in college I studied abroad in Spain. I ended up traveling with a group of friends and went to everything they wanted. They wanted to go to the tourist locations and look at monuments and landmarks while all I wanted to do was enjoy the culture. Halfway through I just told my friends I would go off on my own and it was the best experience I had. I made friends from people in Ireland, and hung out with people from France without even being able to speak English. I even knocked out a pickpocketer that was trying to take a wallet from a drunk girl haha. There is absolutely no reason to follow the crowd, just do what you simply enjoy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm in a job that's extremely chaotic. It's stressful and frustrating, but rewarding at the same time. My day goes by really fast, and I learned to just leave everything at work when it's done. I'm using my free time to try new things I haven't really had the chance to do outside of college. I tried co-ed volleyball for the first time last week...Turns out people there were extremely competitive while I was just there to play and have fun lol. I figured this is the best time for self-improvement. Why not change something in your life that you want to? Worse that can happen is you tried.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not to be cocky, but I'm really smart..essentially a nerd haha. I taught classes in engineering courses like fluid mechanics and heat transfer, but became really good and simplifying it that anyone can understand. I can talk about nerdy things in conversations, I just generally don't. Then again maybe it's because most of my friends find all that stuff boring haha.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Food food food food food food food. I pretty much eat anything. I enjoy going to random restaurants and trying them out. I drove around in Naperville with a friend one time and saw a mansion. We ended up going in and it turned out to be a Tapas restaurant. Needless to say that became one of my most favorite restaurants here.

As for the others, would it change your mind if I told what books, movies, shows I like? Everyone has their own taste.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, family, a nice comfy bed, and bubble shakes!!! Can't really think of two others
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Fun things to try out next, what goals I want to accomplish, and what to eat :)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
One of three things:

1. Out in the bars with a bunch of coworkers/friends
2. Out to dinner with a few closer friends. Sometimes I prefer the more 1 on 1 hangout than 10 people
3. At home cleaning up, watching TV in pajamas and just relaxing
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I always want to learn how to dance. I do it when I'm alone, but can only do it in public if I'm a bit intoxicated haha.
