My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Someone once said I was "Like a black Bill Murray." I'm assuming they meant "Ghostbusters" Bill Murray, and not "Life Aquatic" Bill Murray, so I was flattered.

I'm a guy who's not afraid to be myself and I hope you're the same way. I believe in charisma and my personality scares some people. I like live music, bad movies and Cards Against Humanity. And cognac's pretty good too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I fight dragons... bare-knuckle! Okay, that's total BS. Actually I'm a radio show host and an engineer. Eventually I hope to start my own company around either field. I'm also a part-time voice actor. My retirement will be exhausting...

It's kinda my job to go out partying, so I do that often (twist my arm). I used to travel a lot as a kid but don't really get to now. I'm hoping to eventually start again.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Trivia, improv comedy, games, dancing (not braggin') and remembering who starred as whom in that thing we saw that one time. And I'm a black-belt in ALL of them. Challenges accepted...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair, definitely. I've had my dreadlocks since 1999.
Or my voice, it's pretty deep. Not Barry White deep, but... deep.
And I'm usually wearing a necktie.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Anything by Chuck Palahniuk or Henry Rollins. Also David Sedaris, but his sister Amy's funnier, IMO. I think comics/manga and graphic novels deserve a mention here. I've been a comic book reader for years. Love 'em.

Movies: Fight Club, Battle Royale, Shaun of the Dead, Boondock Saints, A Christmas Story, Scott Pilgrim vs the World... After that it's just a mix of varied brilliance.

Shows: Archer, Aeon Flux, Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations/Layover, Adventure Time, Workaholics, Myth Busters, Castle, Doctor Who, Regular Show, Cowboy Bebop (did I forget anime's?) and Always Sunny just to name a few.

Music: Only the dopest Hip-Hop / Rap, the most hardcore Metal, the freshest Funk, severe mosh-pit Punk, and the smoothest Neo-Soul. Music you can rock to like Mos Def, AC/DC, Gorillaz, Wu Tang, Alicia Keys, Daft Punk, and Muse. I try not to be elitist - there're just too many awesome tunes for that general ambiguity BS. Know what you love and OWN it :-D

Food: Seafood, Indian, Thai, sushi/sashimi, and lately I'm into soups. Always down for a good steak, and Alton Brown is my Mr Miyagi. I can cook my ASS off in the kitchen.

Video Games: Fallout, Portal, GTA, Final Fantasy, Mass Effect, Mario Kart, and many other xbox and ps3 games. And of course classic Nintendo and Genesis when I can.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- Noise (white noise, music, ambiance)
- Games / Gaming
- Caffeine
- Dirty jokes
- Computers
- Futurism
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Are the references I make too obscure?
What's the most exotic pet I can legally own in the city?
Why no one saw "The Muppet Show" was like 90% sex-humor?
Is it possible to straddle the line between geeky and badass?
Will the future live up to the hype?
Kardashians or Cardassians? YOU make the call . . .
What the hell is a boysenberry? I love the syrup but.. is that fruit?
When did science-fact become stranger than science fiction?
And who would win in a fight between fictional characters. (so far 'The Hamburglar' remains undefeated!)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I like to find a show or maybe a house party if I can. Preferably just doing something fun. I like to get out and LIVE
(*insert Ms.Frizzle's motto*)

I was legally dead, once. It was a long time ago and I can laugh at it now. I'm still here, so technically I was only MOSTLY dead.
"There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. With all dead, people go through your clothes and look for loose change."

If you're a person of supreme awesomeness looking for the same.

Or if you're smart, playful, and maybe a little sarcastic.

But ESPECIALLY if you're genuinely looking to have some fun, can laugh at yourself from time to time, and we have some things in common. Reach out and let's talk.
