Well, I'm back in the city of my birth, New Orleans, Louisiana! I spent almost 11 years away, and I've missed a hell of a lot of things! I'm looking to get back into the habit of going out, exploring, etc. but the landscape has changed so much. I don't even know where to begin anymore, so hopefully, I can meet some cool people here and learn to love my city once more. Problem is, I can be intensely shy around people I don't know, but once I open up, you'll find that I have a weird but healthy sense of humor, and I like to have fun.

I have a bit of wanderlust inside of me. I've lived in Texas, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey, and I've sampled the dating life in all those places. It was alright. In all of those places, I was alone for a while or I managed to find a boyfriend. The dating life in each and every one of those places was vastly different. It makes me wonder what dating is going to be like here. I'm eager to find out.

I'm a huge nerd, as I like to play games on my Xbox 360, and I like GOOD anime, DBZ need not apply. But, I'm not just a straight up nerd, I also fit well enough into society. Meaning, I don't spend all of my time in my room, playing D&D. I actually enjoy going out; I just prefer to do it with others, not by myself.

I really don't know what else to say in this little blurb about me. Besides, there's nothing wrong with leaving a little air of mystery around myself. No reason to post my entire biography here. If there's anything you want to know, don't hesitate to ask.

Currently, I'm working as a food server in a top class restaurant. I happen to be really good at it because I like talking with people. Soon though, I want to go back to school and finish up my degree in Communications.

But, what I really want to do is write. I'm very gifted with using the English language to convey my feelings, and I want to share that with the world. And it would be great if I got paid to do it too!

Reading, writing, and playing video games! I've been told that I'm a great listener and excellent friend because I don't judge people for doing stupid stuff.

I'm also a decent cook. I like to eat, so I have to like to cook!

My boobs, my smile, and my eyes, in that order. Wish people didn't notice my boobs all the time, but what can I say? They're pretty out there.

I have very eclectic tastes, but I love sci fi books and movies, though I'm a sucker for musicals. I don't watch a lot of tv, I mostly keep it on ESPN because I'm a huge sports fan. I do enjoy True Blood, Six Feet Under, which is probably the best show I've ever watched, Law and Order, all incarnations of it, but SVU is my favorite. I started watching Game of Thrones and that's not bad. It makes me want to read the books now. And I like Castle too, when I can catch it.

As much as I hate to admit this, I've found that reality tv has become a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. I know what I'm watching is totally and completely ridiculous, but I am enraptured. There are some shows that I don't care for, like the stupid shows on VH-1, but I love Bravo's lineup. I'm a sucker for Housewives! It also amazes me what can be a reality show as well. I saw this one show that was based on special effects. Go figure.

I like all music except for country, gospel and 99% of rap, though I want to have Kanye West's babies. My favorite band in the whole wide world and universe is Jamiroquai and if you've heard of them, I love you.

As far as food goes, I love to cook, so I like to eat too, and I'm constantly on the lookout for new places to dine at. I do enjoy a good steak every now and then, but anything under medium is inedible to me. I adore sushi, and I wish I could eat more of it, but the threat of mercury poisoning keeps me in check. Since I was raised in Louisiana, seafood is a huge part of my diet, so if you don't like fish, we're going to have problems.

Skittles, Sunflower seeds, Bioware, my MP3 player, high heeled shoes, and my very comfy grey hoodie.

New worlds. I'm a writer, so I'm constantly thinking about my characters and the worlds in which they would live. I also think about my hair a lot. It's a fickle thing, and it takes a lot of time to get it under control.

As much as I hate to say this, on Friday nights, I'm usually sleeping. Due to my job, my entire schedule has pulled a 180. So, I'm up before dawn and I pass out relatively early. It's incredibly hard for me to stay up past 10pm nowadays. It sucks sometimes.

I've never done anything that has ever been traced back to me. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
