My self-summary
Hi! My name is Susan and I'm 24. Living in Edinburgh at the minute as I'm back at University doing my Masters degree at Edinburgh University, originally I'm from the West coast of Scotland though so I'm new to the East coast. I'm relatively laid back and a little bit left wing in my views/beliefs. I'm rubbish at filling these things out, so if you want to know anything just ask :)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm back studying to be a social worker.
I’m really good at
I'm a good singer but hate singing in front of people so it's a pretty useless skill. I'm a half decent listener, a skill that will hopefully come in useful in the future career.
The first things people usually notice about me
sometimes that I have quite long hair. Other than that I have no idea.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like reading fiction, probably because I spend so much time reading academic books and journals and I need a bit of an escape! I'm reading Patricia Cornwell at the minute. My music taste is very varied and goes from dance/pop to rock, really I'll listen to anything with only a few exceptions. I really, really hate Jedward. I really like Indian, Italian and Japanese food. I love food in general really, I'm not the kind of girl to order a salad on a date, more likely a steak. I'll watch pretty much anything really. I never really get to go to the cinema any more and have missed a few films lately that I would have liked to see, including "we need to talk about Kevin", so if anyone has seen it, let me know if it's worth watching.
The six things I could never do without
My family, my friends, food, music, books and good conversation
I spend a lot of time thinking about
University at the minute unfortunately. Other than that, what I can get up to when I don't have essays due and all the things i'm going to do when i'm working and have a decent wage! Also how the tories are messing up the country, grr....
On a typical Friday night I am
In the pub or watching a film, although sometimes I have to live in the library if I have work due.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
On the internet? No chance.
