I try to remember to count my blessings every day. Blessed with good genes, and thanks to 20+ years of yoga practice, my excellent health is at the top of that list.

I work at keeping balanced in a typical 21st century life of work, family, and play. Yes, I love to play!

I feel we don't "find" great relationships, we create them. I'm looking for the one: the one man with whom I will build a lasting love and a life together. I can't wait to hear what you have in mind for a life with the woman you love.

I'm crazy about haiku. There's something about the crystallization of thought, the encapsulation of ideas that feeds my soul.

Food:
I was once cut off at my favorite sushi bar ("No more fish for you," snarled Chef San). I'm a very serious foodie and a very adventurous diner. I proudly say that I'll try (almost) anything once. Live crustaceans, anyone? Locusts? Don't be too concerned, though, my favorite meal at the moment is a beautiful, medium-rare steak accompanied by salad, avocado and green beans. Yum!
