I am an enthusiastic, inquisitive and exciting woman who loves life
and all it has to offer! I have a charming innocence with a savvy,
sophisticated mind. I am well spoken and articulate and enjoy a
plethora of interests - music, theatre, some opera, folk
music/bluegrass and love being outdoors. I can grow tomatoes, make
pate' au choux and whip up the best lasagna in San Diego! I love
dining out and exploring San Diego. I want to enjoy it all!
What I’m doing with my life
I'm taking dance lessons for Swing, voice lessons for fun and walk
or other exercise several times a week. I'm a City girl with a Ibit
of country in her! I do jeans and little black dress equally well
and love to change it up!
I’m really good at
I'm interested in landscape, architecture and interior design. I
recognize and admire finely crafted objects & antiques are more
than a hobby to me. I love a beautiful garden and am not
intimidated by digging and planting my favorite flowers, shrubs or
even trees! I love to have people over and prepare interesting
foods. From Paella to Pate' ..... food, friends and family are
where it's at for me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have lots of energy and laugh a lot! My long blond hair might be
an eye catcher . . .
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love to read - the classics, Steinbeck, Hemingway, Ayn Rand, D.H.
Lawrence. Film Noir is my favorite for a good DVD (Postman, Double
Indemnity, Leave her To Heaven). Chinatown, As Good As It Gets,
Legally Blonde, MAMMA MIA/Abba. I need music to thrive - From the
Brandenburg Concertos to Johnny Cash, Dylan, Cat Stevens, Eagles,
Byrds, Bluegrass and Blues. Food is a big part of my life - I cook
and I enjoy Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and other ethnic restaurants,
as well as dining out at traditional steak and seafood places, and
exploring San Diego.
The six things I could never do without
Music, Food, Sunshine, Walking, Love and Family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life - how to contribute, staying positive, what I can do for
others less fortunate, how I can help friends, relatives and
On a typical Friday night I am
Looking for a great restaurant in an interesting locale. From Old
Town to Balboa Park, Mission Hills to La Jolla and all the beaches
I want to be enjoying good experiences with food, people and music.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a bit hooked on late night ID TV!
