My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm goofy, affectionate, geeky, a movie lover, honest to a fault, clean, making a decent living, and generally happy. But as Pooh said, "It's so much more friendly with two." Shall we?

"Do you need anybody? I need somebody to love. Could it be anybody? I want somebody to love." Bonus points if you know these words.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For the first time in my life I feel really proud about what I'm doing professionally. I'm making educational videos for kids!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a good Flash programmer, I'm super organized, I'm a wizard with Microsoft Excel, and I bake a fantastic pumpkin cheesecake. Oh, and I've been told I'm a good kisser.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People notice my blue eyes and my goofiness and my encyclopedic knowledge of worthless trivia.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I like a lot of movies. I like everything from Sci-Fi to Romantic Comedy to Documentaries. Any film can be entertaining and touching if it's really well done. Favorites include Star Wars, The Princess Bride, Young Frankenstein, When Harry Met Sally, The Shawshank Redemption, Across the Universe, Field of Dreams, Moulin Rouge, Back to the Future, The Blues Brothers, Blade Runner, Fight Club, Raiders of the Lost Ark, L.A. Story, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Se7en, The Usual Suspects, Wall-E, and many more.

On TV I'm currently watching The Daily Show, Mythbusters, The Big Bang Theory, and a few others. Past favorites include Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, Seinfeld, Dexter, Breaking Bad, 30 Rock, and Friends.

I don't read as much as I'd like to. I loved the Ender's Game series, the Harry Potter series, Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein, the Rendezvous With Rama series by Arthur C. Clarke, Shopgirl by Steve Martin, and the Khaled Hosseini novels The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns.

My musical tastes tend toward both classic rock and singer/songwriters. The Beatles, Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Garbage, No Doubt, Green Day, Sarah McLachlan, Queen, The Police, and many more.

Food! I love food! My favorites are probably Mexican and Italian, but I also love Mediterranean, Asian, and American. I can be just as happy with a cheeseburger as with a steak. I love to try new restaurants, and I have NO food intolerances or allergies. None! Just sayin'.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Democracy. Tolerance. Affection. Storytelling. Learning. The Internet.

You want a more materialistic list? How about air conditioning, iPhone, chocolate, Coca-Cola, blue jeans, and the Internet.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The things I'm supposed to be doing. I have a long continually-revolving to-do list of little insignificant tasks.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a happy hour with my coworkers, or at a movie with friends, at the Dallas Arts District, or at home catching up on the TV shows on my DVR.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
...is that I have a history of embarrassing injuries. Remember to ask me what I did to sprain my ankle so badly that I had to do physical therapy for six weeks.

...you're smart but not pompous, you're funny but not insane, you're affectionate but not needy, you're kind, you're cute, you like to smile, and you're interested in me (always flattering).
