I am very affectionate, open and honest, but it sometimes takes me a while to warm up to new people. Even when I do warm up to you, I'm a pretty quiet person in general. I'm laid back and simple, mostly a homebody, but I like going to concerts and an occasional movie.

As far as entertainment goes, I'm much more into the arts than sports, but am a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and usually spend a large part of my summers watching their games on TV (unless I'm vacationing in St. Louis and actually attend games).

I was classically trained on the viola for about six years. My dream was to become a music therapist to help children with autism and other special needs. Unfortunately, I had to give up that dream due to some injuries that never completely healed.

I'm currently attending the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire to study Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis) with a minor in Sociology. My goal is to become a certified behavior analyst and use this credential to get as close as I can to my original goal, being a therapist for special needs children.

Hugging, cuddling, listening, helping people, making people feel good about themselves...

Physically, my eyes and/or height. Personality-wise, I tend to be very mature and professional compared to most my age. It makes finding good friends difficult.

Movies: The Breakfast Club, Pink Floyd: The Wall, Encino Man, Dragonheart, Free Willy, Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Sandlot, 8 Mile, and many other movies from different time periods and genres.

TV: I love Parenthood, Face Off, The Big Bang Theory, Shameless, and Walking Dead.

Music: Mostly classic rock, metal, and blues. Of course, I also have a special spot in my heart for classical music, as I was classically trained. If you'd like to know some of my favorite bands, feel free to ask!

Not in a particular order: Family, friends, music, sleep, food, and knowledge.

I'm a huge fan of meta-cognition, or thinking about thinking. I also often think about why people treat people the way they do. Since I'm here, it's probably somewhat obvious that I also think about what it would be like to have someone in my life to care about and treat right, who is looking for the same.

Catching up on new episodes of my favorite shows or watching a movie on Netflix, websurfing things that interest me at the moment, reading or studying/doing homework, texting family and friends to keep in touch with what's going on at home...

That truly depends on how comfortable I end up feeling with you and what all you are willing to share with me. But if you're open and honest with me, I extend the same courtesy.
