I will share some comments I seem to get over and over about me which keep me humble....

..."refreshingly down to earth"... "really cool!" ....compliments on my eyes and smile.... "inner and outer beauty"..."hard worker"..."have my act togehter"...."seem very balanced"..."good attitude and outlook"... "a saint!"... Im certainly far from perfect so I dont think I would be in the saint category thats for sure; but I am not afraid to do the right thing even when the right choice is the hard choice!

I am as comfortable in Carhardts working on some project with a drill in my hand, as I am in torn blue jeans, harley leathers, or high heels and evening gown at a fancy event. I am very much my own person and stay true to myself in all I do. I am independent, focused, and driven and go about my days with directed energy toward my tasks with thought and planning. I like to think outside of the box, push my own limits, and challenge myself in doing things that I have not tried before. I am insanely creative! Currently, I am building a rock wall in my basement and remodeling a porch utilizing vintage tin and barnwood textures. Other times I can be found repurposing or refinishing an antique, furthering my love of music in some direction, or working on some artsy project. I appreciate men who are handy and able to work with their hands be they on houses, projects, cars... I appreciate this kind of aptitude and means of making me feel cared for.

I am well versed in the arts as well as the sciences and love subjects relating to and including elemental chemistry, physiology, and pathology. I am very intuitive and know what kind of a man would be a great match for me. I just have not found him yet.

Although I am very independent and can find any number of things to do with my time...I would much rather experience all the things life has to offer sharing it with you. With the right person, I can be sitting in a mud puddle with you and be happy as a clam! Honest communication and intimacy are very important to me in a partner as I am more a deep thinker so emotional intelligence in a man goes a long way with me!! I love passion and romance and feel physical attraction is very important between two people. Attraction brings incredible energy to a relationship like no other, and helps to keep it vital through the years to help stand the test of time. With that said, I have met beautiful / handsome people who were less than desireable on the inside which only served to make them unattractive to me on the outside.

I would describe myself as kind, big heart, soft spoken, gentle, secure, confident, easy going, very determined, non-reactive, a romantic realist.... no fantasy here.... I want REAL romance in a real world ...that means I want a wonderful romantic love story amidst the reality of lifes hardship and struggles. To have that, you must be willing to overcome, hope, work hard at a relationship, stay committed even when it is hard, when the going gets tough, you get going and not abandon ship ... I want to board a fun cruise, lol, not the Titanic !!

Food: MEAT! ...filet, ribs, great burgers...Good COFFEE a must !! ... Flan, Creme Brulee', anything chocolate.... sharing a meal appetizers... strawberries with melted chocolate... French Toast!

Books: John Grisham, College Textbooks....I LOVE to learn!...The Bible...Cartoons: The Far Side!!! Lifes too short and hard not to be laughing through it!

Movies: "The Notebook"...Anything romantic, dramas, chick flicks, suspence....movies that leave you changed in some way either emotionally, intellectually, or just comtemplating life.

Music: I have a wide range of tastes...between country and rock mostly. There are some cool contemporary Christian artists that I also appreciate for their lyrics that have served to help inspire me through some very difficult times in my life. I enjoy karaoke and love to sing. I feel rather lost in any day without this form of expression. I am currently interested in exploring my music interests on some deeper levels.

MY FAITH ~ at the end of the day, the cross and unconditional love is all that really matters.
MY CATS ~ "my kids", Gods little people!
MUSIC ~ gets to the heart of emotion and passion like nothing else can.
ANTIQUES ~ beauty, patina, the old woods, craftsmanship, reverence for times gone by.
MY INTUITION ~ all of who I am and where Ive been in that still small voice to guide me.
MEN~ What I love about you... the sharp lines of your jaw, your deep voice, a tatoo on a working bicep, broadness of your shoulders like a protective shield, your hands...strong to do hard work yet gentle enough to grab my small hand to cross a street, your eyes... I better stop here, lol.

Where You Are! LOL ...At the end of the day, did I do my best with the day I was given?... How can I show and be always a better example of loving others?

My favorite thing to do on a Friday night would be celebrating our relationship by spending it together. I love dressing up a bit and being taken out...having fun and romance out on the town..., but looking forward to our alone time once again at home.

I ONCE HAD A GUY COMMENT, "HELLUVA BODY SHOP U MUST HAVE THERE!".. I REPLIED, "ALL ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT!" :)
