My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Looking for a co-pilot for this complicated spaceship we call life.

A poignant quote that I'm fond of: 'Don't look for a partner who is eye candy. Look for a partner who is soul food.' - Karen Salmansohn

Please note, I'm really bad at appearing in photos, especially selfies which I can never shoot to a satisfactory level. Don't judge a book by its cover :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to write good for a living. Not getting very far. One day, I'm going to write the novel that I've had planned for years.

My current full time job is in marketing analysis.

I'm looking for new friends, a new relationship and generally looking to do new things.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Besides playing video games, I enjoy doing creative things but I don't know if I'd be considered 'good' at most of them. I try to be 'good' at critical and fictional writing, drawing and digital art. I think I could be good at a lot more stuff given the chance...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure... you tell me.

Not a huge book reader but I'm trying to get back into them to improve my fictional writing skills. Currently, I'm reading Ready Player One.

Movies: Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World, Ghostbusters I & II, Lost in Translation, Wonder Boys, Galaxy Quest, School of Rock, Groundhog Day, Iron Man & the Marvel movies, Blade Runner, the Lord of the Rings trilogy and a lot of sci-fi and action films.

TV shows: Whose Line Is It Anyway, Chuck, My Name is Earl, Star Trek, Cowboy Bebop, Red Dwarf, Quantum Leap and bunch of YouTube/web shows.

Music: My favourites are probably R.E.M. and Editors. I'm generally into rock; classic, indie, etc., but if it's of high quality I don't discriminate between genres.

Video games are probably my single favourite hobby/medium. Nintendo and PC games are my faves, generally speaking. A few titles and series I couldn't do without: The Sims, Mass Effect, Rock Band, The Legend of Zelda, Fire Emblem, XCOM.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- My smartphone or some form of computer
- Projects
- Me time
- My glasses (my eye sight kind of sucks)
- My iPod
- Um, oxygen?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What's next in my life, what I have to do to get it, and IF I can get it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Nothing special, usually. Help me change that!
