After much reflection (approximately 35 seconds) , I have decided not write an extensive summary, as this leaves little to awkwardly talk about on a date.

I'm here looking for a date (a meetup, not the fruit of the date palm). Maybe a picnic (I'll cater) or a nature walk. Or maybe kite flying.

Raising my daughters. Fixing up my house. Working way too much overtime.

Cooking random foods (I make a mean mac salad). Getting distracted. Using parentheses (I may overuse them).

Books: The Hobbit (finally finished it), Sum of All Fears, Brave New World
Movies: Shaun of the Dead, LOTR trilogy, Star Wars, Boondock Saints, Death to Smoochy
TV: Friends, Family Guy, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother
Music: I love metal, especially NWOBHM, speed/power metal, melodeath, thrash, symphonic black metal, and metalcore. Iron Maiden is my all time favorite band.
Food: I love fish, sushi (especially eel), cheese, various Chinese cuisines, Indian food, Thai food, chicken, toast with red hot, warm homemade granola. I'm always up for trying new foods.

My garden. Seriously, I'm really looking forward to some tasty tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers. And the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries will be tasty too.

Snuggling my daughters or fixing/updating the house.

My biggest insecurity is that I know nothing about meeting the emotional/psychological needs of my daughters. I have no clue how to help my daughters feel pretty.
