My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Friendly, easy going guy looking for the same. Someone who can make me smile. Someone who would love to take a trip to wander the streets of NYC, and be just as gung-ho to hike the trails in Costa Rica. I am looking for someone who has other interests they would like to share. I am always up for trying/learning new things.

Here are a few other things that interest me:

- Science fiction, Horror and Fantasy in all its forms.
- Architecture and landscaping
- Skating in the winter, and inline skating in the summer.
- watching the hockey game
- Golf (Still suck, but I am having fun)
- Camping / Cottaging (Always love getting out of the city, and into nature for a weekend to do some fishing, swimming, canoeing, etc.)
- DIY projects. (I love helping out friends and family with their home improvements)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working at a job that I enjoy. Love the fact that it is not slow and has enough variety to not be boring and repetitive.
The first things people usually notice about me

I really can not answer that. I hope it is something like "broad shoulders" or "warm smile", and not something like "hideous chud".
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
(a) I read almost any type of genre. Horror, fantasy, sci-fi, fiction, history, documentaries, though some of my favorite authors are Stephen King, William Gibson, Irvine Welsh, Hunter S. Thompson, Terry Goodkind, Chuck Palahniuk, Robert Jordan, and Neil Gaiman.

(b) Trainspotting, Fight Club, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, the Alien series, LOTR, an 18 hour documentary on the history of New York City (totally amazing) and the list goes on. On the TV side some of the things I like are House, Big Bang Theory, Arrested Development, a bunch of HBO series, and the occasional hockey game

(c) Too eclectic to go through, so I will just put down the first ten artists that come up randomly on my ipod. Chemical Brothers, Ministry, Sublime, Johnny Cash, Stone Temple Pilots, Massive Attack, Ben Harper, Moby, Fatboy Slim, and the last song to come up is Foo Fighters. It doesn't cover it all, it is something.

(d) I don't really have a favorite, though you can't go wrong with Greek food, pub fare, or a home cooked meal.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My motorcycle, my snowboard, my friends, my family, warm weather, and long weekends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things other than what I am supposed to be thinking about.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a geek with athletic tendencies, and my doctor says I am almost over my hair sniffing obsession.... OK, I really don't want to say it, but that last one is a joke. Where it kills the joke, I don't want anyone thinking I was serious.
