My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
How do you sum up a life?

I'm tall. I laugh easily and loudly. I love music and art.

People are fond of giving me nicknames, and just about all of them seem to stick, at least for a little while.

I almost always wake up with a random song in my head. It's like my brain's music library is on shuffle while I sleep and it lands on a song right as I wake up. I'm always listening to music if I can help it.

I like Reading, drawing, music, hiking, camping, movies. I don't like reality tv.

I love dogs, but I prefer big dogs. Not a huge cat fan, but I have nothing against them. My dog Loki is a huge pain in the ass most of the time, but he's still a rad dog.

I love Italian food, Mexican food, and a good burger. I eat red meat. I love red wine and beer.

I am a Batman fan. Sorry, it was going to come out sooner or later (most likely sooner).

I have 3 nephews who I love and are like my own sons. They call me Uncle Pony because when my oldest nephew was 2, he couldn't say Uncle Tony, so he said Pony instead, and it stuck (remember how I said people are fond of giving me nicknames?). NOTE - I am NOT a brony.

I love to travel when I am able to. I've been to London, Dublin, Paris, and various places in Italy. I love the outdoors and camping.

I love to laugh, and will laugh at myself just as easily as anything else. I don't take myself too seriously.

My family is awesome and I'm lucky to have them.

I've been a fan of zombie movies/stories all of my life, and find it odd/interesting that zombies are so hugely popular all of a sudden.

I draw, sketch. or doodle on nearly every piece of paper in my immediate vicinity. I used to get in trouble for doing it when I was in school.

I'm a fan of bad puns and bad jokes.

I've had the over-powering urge to play in a band again. At this point, I just want to do it for fun because I love playing. If you play an instrument, let's jam.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Watching the world descend more and more into madness, and wondering whether this is a sign of Cthulhu's imminent return.

Working currently, doing Information Security.

I want to be a writer. I'm going through a creative dry spell at the moment, so creating is harder right now than it usually is for me. Trying to find that new source of inspiration that will reinvigorate my creative side.

I am seriously considering joining a band or starting one. I love playing music with people. It seriously is one of the most rewarding experiences to me, even if no one ever hears the songs.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Drawing, writing, and playing guitar. I've been told that I'm a great listener. I like writing short stories and poetry. People have generally enjoyed my work, but I don't do it very often.

I enjoy making people laugh, intentionally and unintentionally (this happens to me more often than you would think).

I'm really good at Batman, Star Wars, and Star Trek trivia.

I'm also really good at hitting my head on things. The world was not made for tall people.

I'm also pretty good at usually being one of the few males out on the dance floor, especially when I've had a few drinks. I dance like nobody is watching, even though people probably are.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height, or my feet (they're big). I'm a dork and I'm ok with it. I've also been told I have a good laugh. Not sure if that's true or not, but I love to laugh. I also get a lot of compliments on my glasses, which is sort of weird to me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Movies: Too many to list, but here's some: THE DARK KNIGHT!!! Batman Begins, original Star Wars Trilogy, The Evil Dead Series, Event Horizon, Dark City, Reservoir Dogs, SLC Punk, Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Fight Club, Se7en, Braveheart, Wes Anderson movies, and others. I also love watching Documentaries.

TV Shows: Heroes (first season), Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Archer, Star Trek: TNG, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Firefly, X-Files, That 70's Show, The Simpsons (at least the earlier seasons), Robot Chicken, Futurama, Batman The Animated Series, Law & Order, Malcolm in the Middle, Lost, The Office, Archer, Psych, Adventure Time, and pretty much anything scientific/historical.

I was an extra on the Sy-Fy show Face Off twice. I typically cannot stand "reality" tv, but I was given the opportunity to be on the show, so I did it for the experience. First I was a zombie, and then I was an orc.

Books: I LOVE To read. I used to read every side of the cereal box when I was a kid. I will give anything a shot. I tend to prefer sci-fi/fantasy and horror stories. Neil Gaiman, H.P. Lovecraft, horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and graphic novels are my usual haunts.

Music: Nirvana, The Ramones, Tool, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, The Wipers, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, The Stooges, MC5, Presidents of the USA, They Might Be Giants, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, The Descendents, Bad Brains, Superdrag, X, The Beatles, Tom Petty, Johnny Cash, DEVO, Atmosphere, Dessa, Hum, The Toadies, The Misfits, the New York Dolls, William Elliott Whitmore, Tom Waits, Babes in Toyland, Mudhoney, Sleater-Kinney, Weird Al, The Cure, Bikini Kill, and many many more. I love discovering new music/bands.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Music
2. Books
3. Guitar
4. Family
5. Friends
6. My dog, Loki
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why movies consistently get rebooted or remade.

Whether I would be a hero or a villain if I had super powers.

What I would do if I had a monkey butler.

Why kids and dogs seem to live me so much.

What it would be like to walk across the earth, solving mysteries and fighting crime.

If Kanye West is indeed a gay fish.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Depends. Going out with friends, singing drunken karaoke. Hanging out at home and reading if nothing is going on. Playing guitar. Walking around. Seeing a movie, or a show.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't snap my fingers at all.

I want to start a band called either the Whore Moans, or Oedipus Rex and the Motherfuckers.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are a nerd or a dork, love Batman (like me), love Star Wars or Star Trek. Or if you can deal with these things.

If you love hugs.

If you love to go camping. Or hiking. Or both.

If you love punk music. Or just music in general.

If you're down to fight zombies during the zombie apocalypse.

If you sing loudly (either with skill or not) in your car, even if someone is looking at you. Also, if you like to dance. You don't have to be good at it. Just get on the dance floor with me, and let's make asses out of ourselves.

If you like horror movies.

If you like to read, and will share books with me.

If you want a genuine, loyal, and trustworthy dude who just loves to laugh, loves having a good conversation, and loves going somewhere new.

Also, if you like making out, cuz making out is pretty rad.
