I am one of 5 kids and I grew up in the country in Southern California. Because of my upbringing, I am a very down to earth girl. Once I graduated from high school, I went to college in San Luis Obispo, California and quickly fell in love with the Central Coast of California. I received my B.S. in Ecology and Systematic Biology in 2004. After my undergrad, I moved to Orange County where I worked in the environmental consulting industry and eventually went to graduate school and earned a degree in Environmental Studies. I am passionate about the environment.

I am also passionate about life in general. I am very excited about what tomorrow may bring and what fun things I will be able to go do. I have a close relationship with my family. They have been so supportive throughout my life in whatever I do.

I am looking for someone who I can have a good time with. Whether it is relaxing on the couch watching a movie or going out for a nice dinner, I just want to be able to laugh and have a good time. I am not hard to please and really appreciate the simple things in life. One thing that I ask that my partner be honest. If he can't be honest about everything, I don't want to waste my time or his. Life is too short for drama. I live my life to the fullest and want to enjoy every minute of it!

I just finished graduate school in May and looking for a job in the environmental world. With the economy in the toilet, there really aren't too many companies hiring right now though. So for the time being I have been doing some traveling and enjoying time with my family. I just got back from a month long trip through Europe. Such an amazing trip!

I am good at making people laugh. I always try to see things on the bright side and try not to take things too seriously. I am also a pretty great Aunt! I have two neices and two nephews and I love to spoil the heck out of them!

I recently read A Million Little Pieces by James Frey while on my trip in Europe. It is amazing (sadly) what addicts do to their bodies. Really great book but very graphic. I don't really watch movies too often but do enjoy an occasional movie. I love most types of music except for punk and hard core rap. If you can't understand/decipher the lyrics, it isn't music to me. I love most types of food, especially mexican and seafood. Not crazy about indian food.

Right now, I have been spending a lot of time thinking about a job. I want to find a job that I enjoy and have the training for and not just "a job". I think it is really important to be doing what your really enjoy. Life it too short to be stuck doing something you really don't like or have a passion for.

Usually hanging out with friends at a dinner party or going out to a new restaurant or an old time favorite. I enjoy watching live music but also enjoy just spending time at home hanging out on the couch.
