Reboot time! I took my profile down for a few months because I wanted to make something work with a nice woman I met here. Alas, it didn't. C'est la Vie.

I'm a pretty normal guy... Hahaha! Not really. I'm pretty intelligent and educated; you might have noticed that from my usage of complete spelling and correct grammar in my messages. I know, I'm a dying breed. I have a propensity for foolish deeds, and I excel at embarrassing myself. It's a wonder that I have friends at all, but I do. I enjoy spending time with them, and I would want any potential match to blend in that environment.

Lately, the things that make me happy are good company, running, riding my beach cruiser around Hollywood and playing lacrosse on the weekend.

Fun facts: I'm from Littleton, Colorado; I went to school in Worcester, Massachusetts; I like punk rock music; I was one of the first medically diagnosed ADHD cases in my school district (back when they gave us speed instead of this pussy adderall the kids take these days); My parents are still married; I am one of five brothers; and I am ethnically Catholic.

Yeah, so there is the microcosm of me these days. I suppose there are other nuances, but I wish to allow a little mystery.

I work in reality television, and I'm trying to live this thing called "The Dream" that I keep hearing about.

Extra point here: My BA was in Literature and Philosophy, so I've read a lot of books (even books guys shouldn't read like The Golden Notebook and Pride and Prejudice--Feminist Lit classes, you know?). I feel like listing all the ones I've enjoyed over the years here would be arrogant and pointless. I love to talk about books, and if I haven't read it, I probably will, so if you want to talk about your favorite book, lay it on me.

I'm assuming everyone has food, water and shelter at the tops of their lists, so I'll start from there... A bicycle, something to write on, something to write with, good beer, good wine, a brain that works.
