Hello to one and all!

I’m a cerebral, artistic fellow looking for friendship with thoughtful, intelligent people. I’m not interested in romance. I am married but separated, slowly restoring balance to my life. I’m open to both local and remote friendships from anywhere. I strongly prefer woman around my age but I am open to other very interesting people. If you care to respond, please do so thoughtfully. A mere greeting says little.

I work in work in software design, which unsurprisingly takes up much of my time in energy. Otherwise I write: screenplays, Great American Novels, long letters to friends. I take long walks, preferably in wooded areas or sea shores when I can. I spend plenty of time playing with cats. I enjoy drawing and pastels.

Problem solving, communicating, teaching and training, working with others. I tend to see things other people overlook (and vice versa). I hope to be good at writing one day.

That I'm very tall and thin, soft-spoken, courteous, helpful, thoughtful.

I prefer ethnic food from practically anywhere. I'm blessed to live in a very ethnically diverse place with many wonderful restaurants and cafes.

Hmm ... the meaning of life? Human nature. Relationships - friends, romances and family. What I learn each day.

I'm usually beat on Friday nights. I typically go to a movie or I stay home with the kitties and read or write.

I've shared quite a bit here. I tend to be honest and open but not indiscriminately so.
