I am ambitious, cunning, and deviant.

My Self-Summary

Deviant? Yes. Very much so. I'm very slow to anger and offend - So the chances are that whatever message you would like to send, it couldn't hurt...

Currently at St Hugh's College, Oxford, to study English Literature.

I was in Leeds for a year, so you may well know me from there, and am wondering why I'm back in the shire.

I am bisexual, poly, and genderqueer as fuck. However, I am not a slut.

I am always up for talking about gender theory, bdsm theory (Yes, there is theory, plebs), or literature.

What I’m doing with my life

This section removed. Will fill again later when I'm a little more sure of it.

I’m really good at

This one as well. It's hard to think of new ways to say you're an awesome person that you should totally message.

The first things people usually notice about me

Keeping in mind that I'm meant to be promoting myself (Preens feathers, makes cawing noise), I'd say my eyes. I like my eyes, I have fairly good blue ones.

See, I'm good at this self-promotion lark. Easy. (They also notice the claw...the hideous, stinking claw...)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

MANY THINGS WHICH YOU LIKE TOO OH GOD MESSAGE ME I LIVE OFF YOUR MESSAGES.

Meta, yeah?

Meta.

There are things I like, and others I dislike. Part of the fun is exploring these things with another person, not pretending to like what's on their prescribed list.

I should probably mention here that I love to cook, and that my signature dish (That is, a dish that is easy and I always make the first time I am cooking for anyone, because it is easy and delicious) is risotto with gorgonzola and pancetta (optional), with roasted mushrooms. It's simple, but I adore it.

I should also mention that I'm teetotal, because drink doesn't agree with the medication that I'm on, so if we go out for a drink at all, don't be surprised when I turn down your offer of a glass of Londis £2.99 "Good Red Wine". Although you really shouldn't be surprised anyway.

The six things I could never do without

Music.

Books.

The Internet.

The kindness of strangers.

The kindness of one particular stranger.

The outside world. Yes, I like the Internet as much as the next semi-nerd, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy going to the lake. And feeding the ducks. Those that know me know that ducks have a special place in my life.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I'm a dreamer. And a fantasist. It's not my fault. Generally speaking, these days, I try not to speak to people unless I think I'm going to be wholly honest with them. Mutal respect all round...er, yo. (I'm hip with the street, you see?)

On a typical Friday night I am

Tears drying on my cheeks, staring straight ahead as the fifth Kia-Ora slips down my throat. I look to the cat calender on the fridge door and say, "Not today, Tibbles. Not today."

(I don't know where that came from, but I'm keeping it here)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I larp. Some people have funny ideas about that.

You should message me if

You can use the English language. That'd be nice. Anyone who doesn't see the appeal of feeding ducks, no matter what your age, need not apply.

Before I forget, I'm also very fond of the theatre, so if you're planning to take me anywhere (sometimes I forget that this is a dating site), that would be awesome. I must see more theatre.
