Love places which challenge my sense of culture, and expanding my knowledge of the world. I have been to Mexico (to the pyramids), Thailand (the golden triangle), Japan (Kyoto) and Brazil (all over).
Am the single father of a great 15yr. old boy.
Am incredibly lucky. There is nothing that has ever happened in my life, no matter how terrible I thought it was at the time, that did not turn out to be be a true blessing in disguise. Heartbreak, family issues, tough times, all of it. I can honestly say that the only things that I look back on and have any regret about, is not taking some of the many opportunities that life has handed me. And I'm working on that as we speak...

What I’m doing with my life
Working to keep the Nations Computers working. Trying to get to
know Tampa more.
Currently taking up french again so I can visit a french speaking country soon and practice my new skills. I love traveling to a place where I have to learn their language. I love even more, watching the reactions of natives who don't expect it.
Getting back into shape after a cross country move, finishing IT School, and a big career change.
Doing a lot of cooking. Went to culinary school and have been cooking since I was 5 years old. I like restaurants... but prefer my own cooking.
My favorites are Caribbean dishes, afro and latin. But I love Italian, I am craving frutti-de-mare. And of course asian dishes too.

Favs' are hard for me because my taste in things vary so much with
what I am in the mood for. I think that is a Virgo thing. But I

Books: Angels and Demons (WAY BEFORE IT WAS A MOVIE), LOTR, Hmmn, what else? Twilight ( LOL JK, I would read it though). Gotta start reading again.
Movies: I love Sci/Fi and Action but a good comedy or drama thrown in the mix is always nice. Favorite is still The Matrix. last movie I watched was, "The Heartbreak Kid."
Music: Anything in the Chillout Lo-fi genre, but I can listen to anything with a nice tune. I do prefer to stay away from mainstream/pop though.
Food: My favorite food is the dish I get to cook for you. You know the one you tell your friends about and beg me to cook for you again and again?
