My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Came to NYC to work in publishing, left for advertising, play in the digital world, joined a gay soccer team, and then....joined okcupid, deleted okcupid, then remade it (and repeat). Looking for good guys for good stories, hopefully more of the "oh I had a great date" variety rather than the "oh my god I might have to dye my hair that fool was cray" variety. Typically get along really well with athletic guys, especially if they have a nerdy and/or goofy and/or artistic side. Must be able to laugh at some really off-color Cards Against Humanity combinations or this just won't work.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Keeping clients at bay, writing, mapping out tattoos, running around a soccer field, and killing it at karaoke

Trying to get back into writing, particularly comedy. Just want to be the next Tina Fey, or provide hilariously gay comedy to sporting that so much to ask? Trying to write a better Looking
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Procrastinating, cooking, remembering faces (which is pretty awkward since I forget names really easily), making witty self-deprecating jokes, dancing at work, photography, working hard at soccer (not necessarily really good), planning the menu for my future restaurant.

I also talk a lot when I'm nervous...not necessarily sure if that's something to be good at, but it certainly helps move a conversation along! If I get really nervous I'm also good at telling embarrassing stories about myself.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile I think...and that I constantly touch my hair....or that I'm missing my arm...and if I'm with my best friend that he just made a joke about it that would typically be considered inappropriate, while we gauge your horrified reaction together...its just you know, our thing. Its also one of the first things people forget about me actually.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, The Road, The Illumination, Never Let Me Go, Franny and Zooey, The Passage

Movies: Velvet Goldmine, Billy Elliott, Sophie's Choice, I'm Not There, Cruel Intentions, my life stops for The Shawshank Redemption and Jurassic Park. I'm obsessed with The Royal Tenenbaum's....if you're perfect date is watching that over a drink, then please message me, I love that soundtrack.

Music: Belle & Sebastian, Elliot Smith, The Shins, Bob Dylan (I'm Not There might be my favorite song ever), Modest Mouse, Beyonce, Robyn, Built to Spill, The Pixies, Passion Pit, Bon Iver, Cat Power, Foster the People, Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine

TV: Friends, Sports sports and more sports, Arrested Development, I fall asleep to 30 Rock (Liz Lemon is my idol...kinda), Dexter, Shameless, Game Of Thrones

Food: get into me Italian and Mexican...but probably anything unhealthy and delicious. I'm a pretty good cook and I'm very adventurous with food. I just got two new cookbooks I'm trying to work through...anyone wanna be a recipe guinea pig?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The necklace with my mom's saint (I'm not religious, just love my mom)
My brown camera bag
A reason to get french fries
My Liverpool flag hanging proudly in my room
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Liverpool, writing, story lines, new characters, and where did I put that pen to get it down.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hosting friends at my place before heading out to the bars.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not very private at all, and my parents and I talk about almost everything. Once in high school my mom accidently asked if I was a top or bottom...she repeated a question she heard on MTV, (we later had a similar conversation after christmas eve dinner and many glasses of wine)

You liked what you read. You are driven, fun, athletic, wanna talk about sports or art, intelligent, love Liverpool FC, and can fall asleep to 30 Rock
