I am extroverted, disciplined, and enterprising.

My Self-Summary

I want to spend my life making an impact on the lives of others. Life just seems meaningful to me when I am engaged in situations where I make a difference; I get a little bit of an adrenaline rush when my words and ideas influence the perspectives of others. What is the best way to do this? It varies from day to day, so I need to keep my eyes open.

I am a combined bachelors/masters student at UF in Philosophy and Business. Yes, it isn't your typical combination, but thats what makes it exciting!

I go to the Gym about 4-5 days a week, and do cardio on my off-days. I love working out. I also like to shoot pool and just relax and have a cold one once in a while, and I love to write. I even right novels, although I doubt they will ever be published (at least not any time soon). I am originally from Phoenix, and find Gainesville...not the most exciting city in the country lol. But I love the Gators and think the success of the sports teams compensate for the lack of action going on elsewhere.
I am looking for a sweet, sweet girl that is at the same time confident and extroverted. Friends is great--if it gets deeper, that's fine too.

What I’m doing with my life

Bachelors in Philosophy, Masters in Management. Then going out and practicing business with an iron fist, writing books, doing creative stuff, etc.

For the record, I don't think Philosophy and Business are incompatible! You would be amazed how many business students do not know the formal principles of logic and argumentation, and how many philosophy students do not know how to amortize a bond sold at a premium. I'm telling you, these two degrees are a KNOCKOUT combination. And when I get in the workforce, that's exactly what I am going to do; knockout the competition!

I’m really good at

Talking, arguing, persuasion, playing basketball, shooting pool, writing. Although I don't know for sure, I would say that I am a pretty good actor (I don't know for sure because I have never been formally evaluated on acting). I can toss out a good flare for the dramatic at the audience when I need to.

And for the record, I am really bad at, eh, I hate to say it...and don't let this discourage you I can work on this..but I am bad at relaxing. Yeah, relaxing. Well, I take that back; it's not that I'm not good at it, I just prefer being out and about doing things. I'm not really into just sitting around and pigging out and watching T.V. like a bum. But you know what, if I had a sweet girl to spend time with I would do it with her all the time!

The first things people usually notice about me

I think people see that I am opinionated and curious, but very mature and understanding. I love to express myself; self-expression, to me, is very much like music. If I can use the ideal words in just the right context with just the right amount of energy I think that I can create a powerful feeling or sentiment. Physically, I think people notice the way I dress. Can often be classy and sophisticated, but sometimes just plain tees and shorts will do fine.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Believe it or not, I am not that much into reading for pleasure; I read waaaay to much for school as it is. I may read some sort of article or the newspaper, but I am not about to go out and stock up on a bunch of novels! Besides, I enjoy face to face interaction over reading anyday....but I suppose I might as well volunteer a little something:

Books--The King of Torts, The Rainmaker

Movies--Fight Club, American History X, Top Gun, Baby Boy, Phenomena, There's something about Mary, How to loose a guy in 10 days, Valkyrie, Liar Liar.

Music--2pac, Rage against the machine, T.I., Sublime, Dr. Dre, John Mayer

Food--Oooo Tacos, Nachos, Tostadas, Burritos, Chicken Wings, Burgers, Fries, Orange Chicken, Chicken Tenders, Sub Sandwhiches....but NO SODA/POP and sweets very rarely!

The six things I could never do without

Ipod
Cell Phone
Laptop
Coffee
Food
An Education

I spend a lot of time thinking about

The success of the future, how to organize the day....How to influence or inspire others, what I am going to eat..

On a typical Friday night I am

At the gym, at a party, but mostly at home just watching a movie or hanging out with friends. I rarely go to clubs. I feel more energized at house parties with a keg, some music, and some friends. BUT, like I said, I am usually just at home being me.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Sometimes I imagine what my wife is going to look/be like, and how close we are going to be. But I don't think that is very rare, is it?

You should message me if

You want to talk and you think I sound like an interesting person, or think I may be somewhat special, or think we may get along well.

You are self-assured.

You are a sweetheart.
