My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved to St. Louis in June 2012. I have the best friends who keep me sane and do things like sign me up for dating websites to "enrich my single life experience."

I love to laugh and always enjoy a good pun. One of the highest compliments you can get from me is "I think you are really funny."

My family and friends are my foundation.

I have a reputation for being the one who is always down for a fun time (aka game night and drinks), no matter how early I have to work the next morning, and the person you call if you need a job done well or a shoulder to cry on.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel abroad on several occasions. I love that my walls are decorated with photos of beautiful places from across the globe. Traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures will always be a part of my life.

My favorite part of OkCupid is reading the profile photo comments. Some people give some context for the photos, but my favorites are the super literal- for example, "me sitting" or "my eyes." Yeah... thanks, bud. I was having a hard time figuring that out... They always make me smile.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a test prep company as a territory manager and an ACT/SAT/PSAT teacher. I am always working on my status as a regular at the local Irish pub and karaoke bar.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
... making people laugh. I am good with the one line zingers and my laugh is one of those... um... unique laughs that becomes pretty contagious.
... the Ms. Pacman old school arcade game.
... Using ellipses excessively...

My height. I'm a little on the short side. But hey, the rain falls on me last!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Music: Matchbox Twenty and Fountains of Wayne were my first "real" concert and will always hold a special place in my heart- right next to Back Street Boys, the Spice Girls, and Jack's Mannequin. I tend to listen to the Country Top 40 on my commute every day.
Movies: I am your typical chick flick fan. The 80s and 90s classics, any and all Amanda Bynes films, and Emma Stone's recent hits fill my movie trunk. The more ridiculous the storyline, the better.
Shows: Terrible tv is a hobby. I love bad reality shows. And I grew up with Gilmore Girls, so that must be put on the list.
Books: Pride and Prejudice, The Scarlett Pimpernel, Harry Potter Once I find a good book, I become consumed by it. I made it through the Hunger Games trilogy in five days. Not my personal best, but it was during midterms so cut me some slack! I am always taking good book suggestions! It is one of my New Year's resolutions to make it through as many of the "Top 100 Classic Novels" as I can in 2013.
Food: Pinterest-inspired meals have dominated my kitchen lately. A fan favorite has been baked zucchini sticks. My roommate is a giant fan.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1.Friends/Family
2.My dog, Gidget, and my horse, Penny
3.Coffee
4.Internet (letsbehonest- that means a reliable Facebook connection)
5. Cute high heels with back-up flats in my purse/car
6. A get away plan.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The shenanigans I have gotten myself into most recently and how I am going to accomplish my goal of being a guest on "The Daily Show."
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
... with my friends out on the town. Whether it is a patio sittin' game night or a dance-til-we-drop party, we are having large amounts of fun.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
