I'm trying to appreciate more of what moments have to offer. Still, I like to keep an eye on the future, indulging in over-analyzing ...and chocolate (and digressions). On the road of life, spotting potholes doesn't detract from the journey, it just makes it smoother! (Oh yeah, and Drivers Wanted.) I'm big on communication, and if you aren't then I will seem selfish.
Really, I value my small family and friends, and I believe loyalty is too undervalued these days. Since I'm prone to "Seinfeldian" critiques of everyday occurrences, I appreciate folks who can spot the absurdity around us, yet carve out oasis with their creativity. Even so, as an introvert, when it comes to socializing it shouldn't be surprising that I value quality over quantity.
Generally, my INTJ personality type fits me. I try to approach the world logically, but I do make a personal place for spirituality, & philosophically I'm somewhat Taoist. Also, I was born at the cusp of Gen X & Y, and I think you would see tendencies of both in me. I can be pretty metaphorical, and I'm definitely not a "just the facts" type. I'm very interested in politics, and favor restoring individual economic freedoms & civil liberties, while empowering communities to strike a balance with common interests. I'm always up for a spirited exchange about issues of the day.
