I am caring, musical, and cuddly.

My Self-Summary

I would have to say that I am the old-fashioned type. I am truly looking for "that special person" to come home to, and he should want to come home to me. Watch a movie, go to the theater or opera, make dinner or just cuddle for hours at a time. A real partnership in every sense of the word.

What I’m doing with my life

I work in a law library to pay the bills but would rather be a working musician. I am a singer and an armchair composer (mostly of choral music). A lot of nights and weekends you will find me huddle over my computer and keyboard working on my next great opus.

I’m really good at

Singing, cooking, making people laugh and cuddling. I also have an uncanny knack for getting people to swear at me (in jest, of course).

The first things people usually notice about me

My sense of humor. Very biting, dry and sarcastic. It usually does not come out when I first meet a person but after a few dates, I can let them fly. I have, on occation, gotten myself in trouble but for the most part, you know you can take about 10% of what I say as the truth. Except for everything I've written on this page!?!?! Crap, I've done it again!!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Music: Cheesy 80's. The best decade for bad music and I love it all!! Walking on Sunshine still makes me smile and I have heard it more than any other song in existence.

On the more serious side, 20th century British composers. Britten, Vaughn Williams, Howells, Elgar but most of all GERALD FINZI!! The Dies Natalis and the In Terra Pax make me cry. I know, sappy but it works. If you have any idea what I am talking about we should chat.

I have a subscription to the MET and love the opera.

Food: Just about anything. If you put it in front of me, I will try it (within reason). I really love to cook and I can make a meatball that rivals my grandmother's!!

Movies: Anything with the word star in it. Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate, A Star is Born (I am Gay!!) My favorite movie is still The Silence of the Lambs. Still gets me every time and I have seen it a lot!!!

Television: I gave up watching TV when they canceled Arrested Development. Nothing could ever compare.

The six things I could never do without

My CD's (I know, I'm soooooo last century)

My Kitchen

Musical Theater and Opera

My family

Cuddling

NEW YORK CITY!!!!

I spend a lot of time thinking about

How to answer this question. WAIT ... I think I just did!!

On a typical Friday night I am

going to the theater or just having a quiet night at home with my computer and my Finale program.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

During the week, I like to eat my breakfast in the shower. Multi-tasking. YEAH!!!!

You should message me if

You love to cuddle and are looking for a safe haven in which to return. Then you should drop me a note!!! Thanks for reading!!!
