I recently modified my some of my profile to more cohesively fit with OKC's recent site changes.... ehh.

OK, so I gotta come up with something here to tell you all about myself... well, those three adjectives above do that quite well.

I am passion-filled about living life richly, sensuously, adventurously exploring it to its fullest with a zest and passion, with all my friends, family and lover(s).

I am romantic... openly warm, giving, caring, sharing to all those in my life, especially to one whose life should physically, emotionally or spiritually intertwine with my own.

Finally... open-minded... I do not profess to be the end-all of what is right/wrong as I am a unique, flawed, but positive, up-beat, confident individual myself and accept others' differences, views and 'flaws' - not trying to mold them into my own.

I'm insatiably curious about who and what others are... such as their values and/or what they do/don't believe in. I respect, accept and embrace their uniqueness and individuality, albeit at times I may not totally agree with them... they are their own independent sovereign human being.

Also, my OK Cupid questions and tests reflect more of how I feel or who I am inside moreso than what I do in person. I am brutally honest about myself in relationships... if you cannot deal with a man not secretly hiding things about himself from you then I'm not your guy.

I'm living in peace, raising my kids... I have three from ages 10-16 whom I love dearly in flexible joint custody. Running my businesses... I have two as I'm a successfully self-employed entrepreneur and about to launch a third that has been years in the making - it will eventually be gianormous, but I'm not rich, yet, so any gold diggers reading this go jump to another profile - lol. Growing closer to my maker and all those around me in this crazy, wonderful, brief, precious experience called human life.

Yep, I'm really good at... not boasting... lol.

...is that I defy most if not all stereotypes... personally speaking that is. Hmm... well, I hear this a lot... "you look much better in-person" - gee, thanks, I think... lol... no, I am not photogenic. Or... "are you sure you're really 49?" - yes, I'm sure... lol - and no, I don't look (or act... lol) close to my age. Visibly... probably my hair, my eyes or my height - you tell me if we meet.

I love music and movies... I'm a professional Disc Jockey and huge movie buff with an enormous CD/DVD library of CDs I DJ and listen to from every genre... rock, jazz, bluegrass, some country, dance, classical, etc., but classic rock, hard rock, (some heavy metal) and alternative are my main favorites... yeah, I'm still a bit of a long hair rebel rocker... lol.

As far as my taste in DVDs... they also run the gamut from family films to adult. I enjoy tv series, especially classic tv shows back when tv was still somewhat creative, fresh and fun. Movies I enjoy are drama, classics (I love old movies), sci-fi, mystery, some horror, action, western, adventure, comedy and even romance, erotica or chick flicks... lol. I'm not short on entertainment in my life... I can go to movie theaters or watching tv and enjoy either experience equally. My current fave shows are Heroes, 24, Lost, Terminator, Amazing Race and Desperate Housewives.

Books... I mostly have non-fiction, Time-Life sets, self-awareness, spirtual or lifestyle books and a ton of fiction paperbacks or audiobooks and of course, the Bible. Yep, I'm a born-again Christian - and bi... told ya I defy most stereotypes... lol. Been a Christ-follower for over three decades now, however, I'm not in your face about it, nor will I judge you - that is wrong. I'm tolerant, accepting and open to all others' beliefs or opinions as long as they're not hateful. In fact, I rarely use the H-word (hate) as there is just too much of it in this world for me to add more to it. No, I'm not a hippie... lol - I just don't believe in hatred.

Food... well, it's fair to say I'm not a chef... lol, but I have a ton of food stocked at home... I live on Lean Budget Gourmet dinners... lol. I do cook some, however. This summer, I plan on either taking a cooking course or just teaching myself - any guinea pigs out there? I'll occasionally be eating out for some healthy (or not so) fast-food, but love home-cooked meals as much if not more than fine restaurants. I'm not a vegetarian, but if you are, I respect and accept that choice. I can enjoy a good steak or burger at an exotic fine dining restaurant or some hole in the wall cafe, diner or pub, however I'm not really into the superficial bar scene, although I'm an occasional social drinker. I am cosmopolitan in my tastes... Oriental (especially Chinese) or American, Italian or Mexican, seafood or tossed salad - I love almost any type of food that is stimulating to my senses...as long as it is not moving... lol.

I have several hobbies... piano, photography, puzzles, boardgames and love culture, concerts, travel, nature... enjoy the outdoors... hiking, cycling, swimming... possibly even skinny dipping in the moonlight with the right person. I'm a guy and yep, I too love sports... my favorite teams are the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals (I have season tickets to both), Phoenix Suns, Pittsburgh Steelers (although I rooted against them when I was in Tampa) and of course my ASU Sun Devils. My favorite colors are purple, blue, red, black and... green, especially when it comes to being environmentally friendly, but I'm not a militant environmentalist type.

Family, Friends, Music, Faith and Love. Hmmm... that was five... and my laptop... lol.

...on here? Well, let's see... I already publicly, truthfully admitted on here I'm bisexual... that was a lot of open honesty, considering most men who secretly are (and there are very many), won't be honest with themselves or you admitting that they're bi or even slightly bi-curious... "it's not masculine" - one of the many biphobia myths regarding male bisexuality. No, it's not a phase and trust me... you'd know, I'm not gay. I'm selective about whom I share my sexuality with elsewhere, but prefer to be up-front on here, so that all my cards are on the table, so to speak. I'm not prude about being who I am if asked, but discreet about it, especially around my children who do not need to know.

...you have read this far... lol - or if you have a good sense of humor, have no drama and are accepting, respectful, open-minded, positive, romantic and passionate about life, friendship, loving and sex. No, it's not all about the sex... lol, but that is where most relationships with lovers begin... and sadly end. Oh... and if you think I mean sex on the first date or especially a blind date... well, that just is not what I'm looking for.

We do need to be friends first with some hugging, cuddling and kissing then see how it goes from there, although I do prefer sexual spontaneity. I mean the spontaneous, emotional, psychological, sensual, spiritual and yes, physical forms of sex or desire... that intimate connection between human beings where our minds, hearts, souls or bodies meet and quite possibly bond. Wow, that really sound Zen-ish, if that's a word... lol.
