My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Chad, I'm 24, and I am a freelance graphic designer, video editor, and visual effects artist, as well as a chef at heart. I enjoy reading web comics, watching movies, putting things together (and ripping them apart), discussing technology, philosophy, astronomy, almost nothing is off-limits.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to figure out what the next chapter is.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Making People Laugh
-Cooking and BBQing
-Vidya Games
-Artsy things
-Back Massages (I can easily put people to sleep)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
For some reason I always get complemented on my hair. I have no idea what it is about it since I don't do anything but smooth it out in the morning. Perhaps someone will tell me.

As for personality, I would say that my humor grabs a lot of attention as it usually is quite random.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I am a huge movie buff, therefore my movie list would be too massive for anyone to read and stay focused, so I'll make a simple list. However, almost everything from Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. Those guys are friggin' geniuses.

Favorite Movie of All Time:
Young Frankenstein - "Put the candle back!"

What I consider the Best Movie of All Time:
1956 Seven Samurai - Seriously, if you haven't seen this yet, do it. Now.

Favorite Shows? Probably pretty standard; The Simpsons, American Dad!, The Daily Show, Colbert Report, Family Guy, Wilfred, Archer, Bob's Burgers, almost anything science-related from Discovery. Just started watching Doctor Who and it has quickly jumped to one of my favorite shows of all time.

As for music, I would have to say my favorite band is Red Hot Chili Peppers followed by Alice in Chains, The Offspring, Lacuna Coil, Parov Stelar, Ronald Jenkees, Pendulum, deadmau5, not in any particular order.

When it comes to food, I am always up for trying new and weird things (the weirdest thus far being escargot [snails], definitely wasn't the best thing I've eaten). As I was growing up my family liked to travel, which gave me the chance to try a wide variety of foods. Sushi is probably one of my favorite dishes though.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-Internet Connection (Need that information flowing through me all the time)
-A Delicious Drink
-Um...air? I've ran out of things. I'm a very simple creature ._.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Being a quiet person, I spend a lot of time thinking. What about? That depends on what's going on in my life or what's going on around me. A lot of the times it's tech-related or 'If I do this, what are the possible outcomes?' scenarios. Other times it'll be about the significance of our actions in a cosmic perspective.

Geeky stuff like that.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually at home. Lame, I know. Most of the time I'm hanging out with my roommates, cooking, Skyping with friends, and playing a few games with them.

Other times I'll be working or watching some movies/shows on Netflix/Hulu.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've almost died...twice.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to discuss monster movies, geeky things, techy things, movie things, or why Christian Bale sounds like he's been a chain smoker for 30 years in The Dark Knight.
