My self-summary
I'm quite local although my race is usually listed as "others" on most spaces (even this one). I'm pretty ordinary and simple.

I'm usually seen as someone who is generally warm and accepting (after you get to know me a little better, I'm pretty dao-ish otherwise). I can also be pretty hopeless when it comes to dating or attempting to date someone.. brace yourself for a plethora of cheesy/pissy one liners.

I've been lucky enough to live in Japan for more than a couple of years of my childhood. Which undoubtedly spoiled me for life as I absolutely plan on returning there someday. I would talk more about it...but I suppose that's something best done in person..(one of the few times you'd catch me gushing like a giggly schoolgirl). I can be a little stiff sometimes...I blame my love for Japan.

What I’m doing with my life
Right now? Sitting on my butt in front of my computer on a Saturday evening filling up this silly section in the hopes of arousing some poor girl's interest.

What am I doing indeed.

Ask me luh, I'd be more than happy to tell you than to advertise it on the interwebs.
I’m really good at
Sticking out like a sore thumb / Blending in. (wha-?)
The first things people usually notice about me
My voice? Pretty eyes?

That I'm too short and hairy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Story of Art by E.H Gombrich

Movies: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, District 9, Taxi Driver, Leon, Studio Ghibli films, The Lego Movie.

Music: ragtime, (electro) swing, 60's-90's pop, funk, blues, jazz, disco, outdated rap, enka, J-pop, chiptunes, 50's rock 'n' roll

Food: Mostly Japanese food (yakitori, ton katsu, sashimi and udon) and "western" food (anything that usually comes with potatoes; although I ABSOLUTELY HATE McDonald's)
The six things I could never do without
1. Cafes; great spaces to just sit back and unwind.
2. Alone time; I like hanging out by myself a lot.
3. Internets; it's how I meet most people.
4. My eyebrows; they complete me.
5. Food; the best reason to travel.
6. Music; same as eyebrows.
7. Bending the rules.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I think too much. I've lost track of the things I'm thought of.

Seriously though.

Which poor woman is going to end up with me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Sleeping at home or talking to house lizards.

...or dancing to my own mixes at home. ;)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I write bad Haikus
whenever I'm feeling down
Here's an example

You're probably not going to message me.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 22–30
  • Located anywhere
  • Who are single
  • For new friends
You should message me if
You want to meet a half-dead wallflower, a "not so local local", or "that guy" everybody doesn't quite understand.
*grumble mumble*

...or if you need someone to spew all your problems on. I'm pretty good at listening and giving advice (in short bursts).

Congrats on making it this far. Here's a cookie and a Trojan virus.

PS: Please don't be uptight and demanding.
