I work really hard at things that I enjoy: skiing, paddling, my current and jobs to be. I seam to read the same books over and over (kinda glad for the e-reader right now as a lot of my paperbacks are looking a bit the worse for wear). I also really enjoy teaching, in the classroom, customers, friends, myself...

Currently I work for one of Forbes 100 best companies to work for (no-where near as exciting as that sounds), but I'm going back to school to get my teaching license for secondary science and will finish that up in December '13. (Taking a slight sidestep from the teacher ed program at Metro and it looks like I'll be teaching fall '13 now, yay alternative licensure)

I'll admit usually more of a "guy movie" fan, Tombstone, Jeremiah Johnson, Lord of the Rings.
Shows, the Big Bang Theory and Mythbusters are the two main shows I watch other than just having Discovery or Food Network on in the background.
Folk is probably the biggest category of music on my mp3, Eddie From Ohio, Kingston Trio, Mumford.
