My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm awesome. Here's why:

I'm the highest rated and most often requested tutor for my subject, which stands as testament to my communication skills.

Despite faculty availability dwindling every semester, I was invited to GWC's applied voice program four times (the maximum number of times you're allowed to enroll) consecutively, which stands as testament to my immense talent and potential for greater growth.

I'm far more modest than this summary would suggest, but I figured I ought to put my best foot forward. :D

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've nearly finished my transfer program at Golden West College.
I'd originally planned to transfer as far away as feasibly possible, but given I really love my new job, I'm considering sticking around. We'll see where I get accepted.

Here's a quick list of some stuff I'm doing:
- tutoring statistics (most rewarding job I've had yet)
- performing with GWC's choir (often a soloist!)
- getting myself into better shape
- playing video games (most often Sid Meier's Civilization V, Final Fantasy XI, or Mario Kart 8)

In short, I am unabashedly geeky. If you don't have a problem with that, then we'll get along fine.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people happy; I'm an entertainer at heart. I'm a damn good singer.

Strategy games. I am among 1.4% of steam users that cleared Deity difficulty in Civilization V prior to the release of the Brave New World expansion, which made it a lot easier. On those rare occasions that I have the time to set aside, I always enjoy multiplayer Civ games.

I could probably thrash you in Super Smash Bros. with my favorite character, Ness. No really! I won the first ever online tournament in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS: http://youtu.be/JlKmx36XfNw

I'm also the cuddliest guy there ever was.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
These days, I've been getting a lot of comments on my outfits. I guess I've become more fashionable.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
My favorite book is without a doubt The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy- the first of the series. I love all of Douglas Adams' other books, too. I also love the Alice's Adventures in Wonderland books and scifi novels.

My favorite movie is V for Vendetta, followed pretty closely by Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. You also can't go wrong with Moulin Rouge!, My Fair Lady, Ghostbusters (1 & 2), Mary Poppins, The Princess Bride, Little Miss Sunshine, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Yellow Submarine, Hot Fuzz and anything by Mel Brooks (especially The Producers, old and new.) I like comedies, and I like music. Therefore, I especially like musical comedies. Action movies are cool too, but they've gotta have some semblance of a story or I'll lose interest.

I love opera, symphonic rock, and chiptune. Favorite bands include Nightwish, The OneUps, The Decemberists, The Noisettes, The Dresden Dolls, The Beatles, and Nightwish. Also, Nightwish. (Did I mention Nightwish?)
My favorite composers are Christopher Tin, Robert Schumann, Franz Schubert, and Gabriel Fauré.
Finally, I also love a lot of purely instrumental music, as many of my favorites come from video games. OCRemix kicks ass.

My favorite food is Greek. I also love Italian, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, and French cuisine, but really, I'm open to try anything so long as it's not poisonous.

Lastly, I don't watch much TV, but I really love Adventure Time.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music, love, my singing voice, video games, friends, and a good pair of walking shoes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the Universe, and Everything.

More seriously: the music I'm studying at any given point. I listen to it constantly until it becomes the wallpaper of my mind and then I listen to it some more.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Any number of things! Seems to change every week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

For my best friend's 23rd birthday party, everyone was asked to dress in drag, so I shaved my beard and borrowed an outfit from his girlfriend, who dresses in the sweet lolita style. She also did my make-up. I was fucking adorable. No pictures survive, unfortunately. Maybe I'll just have to do it again someday...
