My self-summary
If I had to use only one word to describe me it would be eclectic. I am interested in the world around me an all the amazing things it has to offer. I only wish I had the bandwidth to explore the many things I would like to pursue in life.

I am a funny, caring, crafty, affectionate and geeky guy who wishes to meet my future partner in crime. I need a woman in my life who is smart, funny, speaks her mind, and is a lot of fun.

I work in the tech industry (not an engineer), but my degree was in television and film production. I made this film in college:

I enjoy theater, improvisational comedy, board games (strategy and otherwise), RPGs, some computer games, painting miniatures, going to Burning Man, sewing, cooking, crafting things, traveling (I visited seven countries in 2015), massage (giving), hosting parties, dancing (getting back into that), bike riding, and going for walks. In addition to my geek and tech side I am a spiritual person and am good at reading cards and runes. In a nutshell I am a kid at heart and make an effort to find the joy and wonder in every day things.
What I’m doing with my life
I am taking things one day at a time as I am trying new things in 2016. I love my job as a Project Risk manager for a company that I have been with for five years. I am taking improvisational classes with Comedy Sportz. It is not easy putting yourself out there, but I am doing it more and more. My biggest change is I want to do more international travel.
I’m really good at
I am great at being creative and crafty, showing affection, romantic gestures, massage (I have reiki training), being funny, hugging, and being supportive of a friend or partner.
The first things people usually notice about me
People notice that I look just like me. In addition I have four tattoos (two are usually visible) and I have great eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
If I were to list even a fraction of my interests in this area it would run out of bandwidth. I will endeavor to keep things short.

I read a variety of books. I am not a hard core sci-fi person, but I read sci-fi. I prefer lighter humor such as Terry Pratchett's Discworld series and the Harry Dresden novels.

I enjoy the experience of going to a theater to see a film. My tastes run the gambit when it comes to movies. It can be a B-movie horror such as The Tripper, a comedy like Tropic Thunder, a romantic comedy like Amile, Star Wars,O'Brother Where Art Thou, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Office Space, The Specials, Mystery Men, Hot Fuzz, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Plan 9 from Outer Space, The Player, Zoolander, and more.

Television Shows (keeping to current): Supernatural, The Flash, Supergirl, The Walking Dead, Arrow, The Expanse, Man Seeking Woman, Archer, The Venture Brothers, Heroes, Doctor Who, @ Midnight, Adventure Time, Galavant, and a few others.

Music: There is too much to list and I'm bad at band names. I love Nerd Core (MC Frontalot, MC Lars, Adam Warlock), The Beatles, The, Gorillas, Beastie Boys, Voltaire, Weird Al Yankovic, They Might Be Giants, Clannad, Arrogant Worms, Dead Milkmen, Elvis, Elvis Costello, Movie Soundtracks, B-52s, Killer Dwarves, Jonathan Coulton, Metallica, Willie Nelson, a lot of 60s rock, Billie Holiday, and much more.
The six things I could never do without
Friends, laughter, air, a the sun, gravity, good memories.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How do I find my Mexican apple thief (Scrubs reference).
On a typical Friday night I am
Going to a movie, hanging out with friends, going to the theater, Comedy Sportz, watching TV, plotting world domination, seeing if there is something to do, catching up on Tivo, art projects, and other things.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I still have the teddy bear my grandmother gave me for my first birthday. it sits on a shelf overlooking my room. I also have a shelf of mementos going back to early childhood including an unsigned piece of the Guitar Weird Al smashed on stage at a concert in San Diego over 20 years ago.
