My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I love avocados, comedies and ridiculous dramas equally, pretending to have a favorite beer ("I'm a big fan of Pretty Things!"), loud, passionate conversations, and laughing so hard I cry. I'm not really into poor public transit etiquette, Taylor Swift, or Proactiv commercials.

ETA: I've been listening to Taylor Swift's 1989 for a week and good god it's a fantastic pop album. But I still hate when she dances at awards shows.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Procrastinating and remembering to floss.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a perma-scowl that I really can't do anything about. I'm usually not mad, that's just my face.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

"Amerikanah" might be my favorite book ever. I just finished Sharon Creech's "Walk Two Moons" on the recommendation of a friend and it was great. I tend to start several non-fictions at a time and finish them slowly.

"Top Five" was so good and Chris Rock is my fav uncle.

I write "Girls" recaps and live tweet "Scandal" and watch too many cop shows.

Currently on iTunes rotation: Beyonce, Azealia Banks, Kendrick, Diplo & Friends mixes, Röyksopp & Robyn and tinybitchtapes on Soundcloud.

I also get through the day by listening to a lot of podcasts: Girl on Guy with Aisha Tyler, WTF with Marc Maron, You Made It Weird with Pete Holmes, Call Chelsea Peretti and I hear Black Girls Talking is rull good.

A great cheeseburger and a good beer can cure most things.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Something to moisturize my lips.
2. An Internet connection.
3. A place to write things down.
4. Laughter.
5. The cool side of the pillow.
6. Snacks.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Do you think that dogs can hear our thoughts? Because one time I called this dog's owner an asshole inside my head and that dog turned around and looked at me, so.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Eavesdropping on blind dates.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm really grossed out by the crust that forms on the bottle of hot sauce.
