I'm a life-long Portlander that loves to learn new things and enjoy all this great city has to offer. I love to stay active by exploring the great outdoors around us. I'm kind of an information sponge! I always want to figure out how things work and learning about different cultures and beliefs. I'm passionate about music, art and sports. I love going to concerts and I'm a big soccer fan. I have season tickets to the Portland Timbers, which is a blast! More importantly though, I'm an Arsenal fan!! They are amazing and I try to watch every game. I am a caring and dedicated person and love to hear about other people's stories and experiences.

I graduated from college in June and have started a new career! I moved recently too, so there has been a lot of excited changes in my life lately. I'm really just trying to enjoy it all right now.

I've always been a really good listener. I'm great at remembering random things. I'm really good at solving problems, it's something I have to do everyday at work. I am also awesome at making fires. And I can make some awesome teriyaki chicken and rice.

My eyes and beard are probably the two most noticed things about me. Only because green eyes and a red beard aren't extremely common. My height too! Random people at stores have referred to me as 'tall guy' more times than I can count.

Books: 1984, Brave New World, The Hobbit, Fahrenheit 451, Confessions of an Economic Hitman, and most recently A Song of Fire & Ice.

Movies: The Godfather, Stepbrothers, The Lord of the Rings, Pulp Fiction and many, many others.

Shows: Breaking Bad, A Game of Thrones, Homeland, Parks & Rec, Modern Family.

Music: I listen to mostly electronic and alternative music right now but grew up on classic rock. So bands like Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys, Justice, M83, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Muse. This list could go on forever.

Food: All breakfast food, mexican food, pizza, pasta, and a good burger.

I'm absolutely terrified of chimps! I don't even like seeing them at the zoo.
