My Self-Summary
I just graduated from grad school in May and moved to DC. I'm
originally from North Carolina so I'm a southern boy. I like going
out to bars and clubs or just hanging out with friends. I love the
mountains and the beach. I also occasionally like going to museums
and artsy movies. I love cycling and mountain biking but I'm also a
pretty big geek. I like video games, techie stuff, and geek humor.
I guess thats about all I can think of right now.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm working as an exercise physiologist with a couple of
doctors. In about a year I'm going back to school to get my PhD so
I can become a professor and do research.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh. I have a great sense of humor and can find
humor in just about everything. I can be very sarcastic at times
but its all in good fun. I've also been told I have some hilarious
facial expressions.
The first things people usually notice about me
Well the first thing would probably be my ethnicity. Or should I
say peoples lack of being able to figure it out. I've gotten
everything from Indian to middle eastern. I'm actually Native
American. Right after that would be my smile and sense of humor.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love science fiction books. The entire Dune series is one of my
favorites. Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie ever and I like witty
comedies. Although I do enjoy a good foreign film every now and
then. I don't really have a favorite food, I just like to try new
things whenever I can.
The six things I could never do without
Friends, books, randomness, music, video games, fun
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I don't really spend a lot of time thinking about anything
particular. I'm kind of scatter brained and can be all over the
place.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either just sitting around with friends having a good time, or out
on the town living it up.
